Where our ancestors dwelled
the place where I live
passed through storms of fears
passed through endless griefs
Colony, they say
no power, they prayed
to them, "Let us stay
Forever in our land, let us be"
Strength and courage, finally
stood up together,
there was unity
hope they held for everyone to see
