Chapter 4

Dante's POV (didn't see that coming now did you?)

I sat on my couch with my beautiful boyfriend lay on my lap, we were watching Tokyo Ghoul, it was supposed to be a 'movie date night' but of course being in my house, Harroth, Laurance, and Travis butted n because they were bored.

I lightly petted Vylad's hair, loving the feeling of his hair between my fingers (yep, that sounds oddly sexual) Every so often he'd look up and smile at me before turning back to the TV. 

Ding.

My phone went off and the checked it to see who texted me.

Gene

The name appeared on the screen and I smiled, I haven't talk to my brother much since highschool, I knew he wasn't doing to well but earlier he texted me telling me what happened with Zenix, I'm glad they found eachother again and when he asked if he knew any good houses in the area I immediately suggested MyStreet, seeing that Brendan moved out not to long ago.

Gene: Hey little bro, Zenix and I just got out of the hostpital and we're on our way to MyStreet, can't wait to see you again! :)

Dante: You to Gene! So did Aphmau tell you what time the dinner party was?

Gene: Not really, but she said to come to her house once we get there, so I'll text you when I know.

Dante: k! I need to introduce you to someone ;)

Gene: I have Zenix, no need to set me up with anyone..

Gene: WAIT DOES MY LITTLE BROTHER HAVE A GIRLFRIEND? 

Dante: You could say that...

Gene: is it that Nicole chic??

Dante: nope, gtg see you later

Gene: k bye

I looked up from my phone and smiles down at Vylad, of course since we hadn't contacted eachother in years Gene didn't know I was gay. I knew he'd be supportive since he was to, so I had nothing to worry about, Vylad's around the same age as Zenix, so maybe they could become really good friends..?

I realize no one knew that Gene and Zenix were coming so I decided to speak up.

"Um, should have told you this sooner but Gene and Zenix are moving to MyStreet.."

Everyone turns to me with shocked expressions, "Wait, like Gene and Zenix from Highscool? Like as in your brother and his friend??" Garroth asks, I nod numbly, of course they don't know Gene and Zenix by the nice people they really are, just the people her were mean to Aphmau in her freshman year. They always assumed they got scared of Aphmau and decided to leave her alone, but Aphmau and I knew the real truth, the mistake Aphmau made.

"Don't judge  them from back then, they are great people and back in highschool it wasn't there fault..." I try to explain, a look of disbelief goes on there's faces, except for Vylad, he trusts my judgment and I love him for that. 

"You expect us to be friends with someone who hurt Aphmau???" Laurance says, Garroth winced and I felt bad for him, having to watch Laurance live his life not knowing what happened freshman year. 

"I would tell you what happened but I think it's better to hear from Aphmau herself." I say harshly, I never understood why she did what she did, all I know if that she regrets it very much, but sometimes I do get angry since she ruined my brothers life for 10 years.

They sigh in defeat but still look agitated. Vylad just smiles up at me and says, "I know they will be wonderful people, Gene has to be if he's related to you." He giggles at the last part and I smile lovingly then lean down and peck his nose. He lets out another small giggle and I'm warmed up inside. Why is he so fricking adorable.

A/n: yea this was more Vylante then Genix but I wanted to post it on here instead of the Vylante book because this goes along with more the the storyline for Genix
