❦ {Evelyn's POV} ❦

This morning was different, I wanted to forget most of the horrible things I had done. I had so much regret and guilt inside of me which I needed to fight. Everyone does bad things in their lives and I needed to accept it. 

'Evelyn, how are you?' Cris asks, as he leans against my bedroom door.

I brush through my hair and look at him, 'I will be fine, thank you.'

'Good, so you going to meet Neymar today? I'd like to see him too,' Cris says, smiling.

I felt happy that I could finally speak to Cris about boys too, but I wasn't sure if I could gather the courage to tell him about Marc.

'Um, you have a game today, right?' I ask, changing the subject a bit.

'Yes?'

'Oh, well, I would love to go with you!' I say, getting up from my dressing table.

Cristiano looks up, shocked from what I had just said.

'Is it for another boyfriend you wanna see or me?' He chuckled at his stupid joke.

'Uhm excuse me! I'm going for you!' I laughed, throwing a pillow at him.

He laughed and ran away like a little girl.

I was sitting in the car, all ready to go to Cristiano's match when I get an Instagram DM from Maddie. Oh crap. I forgot to speak to her about Marc.

maddierodriguez: evelyn? i thought you wanted to speak to me yesterday?

evelynronaldo: i did, I'm sorry i forgot, I'm on my way to a match with cris.

maddierodriguez: ah same! james has a match today, i'll see you there then!!

evelynronaldo: omg that's great! meet up later then xx

I smiled, this was a good chance to speak to speak to Maddie. But there was one person who I didn't get to speak to, and I missed him...

evelynronaldo: hey❤️

neymarjr: oh hey, baby girl😘

evelynronaldo: baby girl? hehe

neymarjr: unless you prefer being called queen?

evelynronaldo: I like whatever you call me☺️

neymarjr: aww okay, my queen, what are you upto?

evelynronaldo: I'm on my way to a football match, btw cris wanted to meet you! but we can do a meet up dinner some other time.
