2.Reawakening

I opened my eyes, taking a long breathe .

Obviously, I wasn't out long because the guy with

the shotgun had just started to walk towards

the girl. A voice in my head then began to say,

"move , before he kills the girl,". I tried moving too,

but for some reason I couldn't. Even someone

without my superhuman sense of smell could

have smelt the terrible aroma of blood. And

when I looked down. I was five feet off the

ground with a tree limb sticking 2 feet out from

the spot where my heart was , I hoped. I then

carefully pushed my body off the limb, and

landed on my feet with my gun at the ready.

I saw the man at least 15 yards away from

the girl. so as heroic as I could, I ran at the man.

He seemed to have faster reflexes then I because

right before I could stab him. He stopped my

second katana in mid-air and before I could even

touch the ground. He broke the tip of my katana

and stabbed me in the forehead. I came down

hard. When I looked up at him, he was a lot taller

up close. He was about seven feet tall. Then i

saw him point the shotgun at the girl.

So I did what any hero would have done. I

dislocated his right knee cap by giving a low

blow to the knee with my right heel. Then I

stabbed him at the center of the nerve stimulus

in the center of his spine with the katana shard

that was once in my head. From there I jumped on

his back and shoved two grenades into his mouth.

I jumped off, grabbed the girl, and leaped onto a

fifteen foot tree limb as the two grenades

ignited in his mouth. Making a loud explosion

that echoed throughout the woods. Waking owls

and other exotic birds.

As the smoke cleared, I heard a deep laugh

that sent goose bumps up and down my spine.

When all the smoke was gone. The man didn't

have a single scratch on him and he was still

standing in the same position. I was sure the

grenades would have made his head explode. I

then jumped down with the girl in my arms.( who

by the way was quite beautiful).

She had fair skin with medium cut hair. Green

eyes and a few freckles around her face. I laid

her down next to me and dashed at the man with
