      Coach Smith's POV
Yeah, the second I saw those kiddos I saw success. I saw fame, fortune, and the consequences of that all. Sure they were good kids, but they needed some type of discipline, direction, a leadership role in the group. And I was there to provide it.
That's why I, Donald B. Smith, came to the jailhouse that day. So I could make those boys great. So I could them a favor.
They would once again become legendary, but in a different way. They would be legendary men.
The boys stepped into the car, piling into the back seat. I floored it, anxious to escape the crowd.
For a moment it was silent. The boys let it all sink in. Ninety had left them. For his own benefit. He thought he could be better without them. He wasn't willing to grow with them, to be a real leader. But then, that William Scott kid spoke up.
"This is a nice car you got."
"Yeah kiddo. I try to keep it in tip top shape."
     "The 1974 model, right?"
"Yeah, it was the first car I ever bought and I hope it's the last."
"Oh, you have a connection with the car then."
"That's what 44 years together will do. You ain't got a clue about how much I've done in this little thing."
"No, I won't. I haven't had many meaningful relationships with anything. Car's, humans... Well I suppose I'm young."
        "Ey kid, you will ."
"Thank you- But I must ask, where are we headed?"
         "Oh you'll see."

Time skip brought to you by Cardboard Pigeons...

And there we were. After hours of driving through the deepest rainforests of Birmingham, we arrived.
A neon sign, flashing with the brightest lights you've ever seen, read 'Super Hero Convention, August 30-September 2.'
Everybody was there, the whole shabang! JLA,The Avengers, even Polka Dot Man! Oh yeah, and those people who set up the Pokemon go stand...
The people the boy's needed to look up to were there, the people they needed to become. To become super again!
We walked in,and the largest champagne fountain you'd've ever seen was standing there. A chocolate waterfall, shrimp cocktail, a CHEESE TRAY! The finest delicacies.
        Sadly they weren't for us.
The boys on their diet of bread and water nearly peed their pants when they walked in the door. I had to break the news.
"Now kiddos, I know what you're thinking."
       "A CHEESE TRAY THAT'S WHAT I'M THINKING!!!"
"Sorry but uhh, it ain't for us."
     "Wait, what?"
"Yeah... you aren't certified superheroes so you can't indukge in their delicacies. But hey I got some TV dinners in the back!"
"W-w- wait.." Inchworm said, on the verge of tears."N-n-no chocolate?"
"Hey, I got an Almondjoy or two in the back."
"What arw you referring to when you say 'the back'" Willi said in his intelligent manner.
"Oh, the back? Yeah that's where I live."
"How can you live in the back of a convention center?"
"While we were driving in ,did you see that little shack?"
      "Wait, don't sa-"
       "Yeah I'm the janitor here."
