"Oh C'mon! That's not fair sky!" Luna whined. Sky was taller than Luna but not by much. Just enough that she could play keep away with just about anything. Sky grinned as Luna jumped up and down angrily trying to get the bird out of her hand.

"You're gonna have to get more creative if you really want it." Sky teased. Luna had been Sky's best friend since they were babies.

"Skyyyy c'mon you asshole I'm hungry!" Luna begged still trying to reach the dead bird Sky held playfully above her head.

"Nahhhh I think I'll keep this one. I'm sure you can handle hunting down another" As Sky said this Luna's expression dropped. Sky turned to look in the direction Luna was staring blankly into just in time to see a hunter come charging at them.

Luna was frozen in fear so Sky lifted her up and slung her over her shoulder then began running. She had no idea where to go or what to do besides just run. Luna wasn't super heavy but heavy enough to make running difficult.

At one point Sky glanced back to see if the hunter was still chasing them, he was. Since she had looked back she didn't see the tree stump jutting out of the ground ahead and Sky tripped over it, dropping Luna and bashing her knee on a stone.

Luna was up before Sky and helped her back up, by this point she had come to terms with what was happening and regained the ability to move. The two began running when Luna cried out. Sky looked over to see Luna had been shot in the shoulder.

Luna fell to her knees unable to bear the pain. Sky tried to lift her again but Luna cried out not to. The hunter was getting closer now so sky had little to no options.

Quickly Sky covered Luna's wound with a leaf and some mud and told her to keep pressure on it. She used the leaves and mud around them to cover Luna and camouflage her. Sky hugged Luna one last time and jumped back up looking for the hunter. When she saw he was still far enough away to not have seen Luna fall she ran into his line of sight to make sure he followed her.

When she was sure the hunter was after her and Luna was safe she ran towards the river. Sky could hold her breath for crazy amounts of time so she figured maybe she could get away there.

She was almost to the river when another gunshot rang out. It hadn't been aimed at her. She turned around to see Luna covered in mud and leaves had tried to follow her. The hunter has shot her right through the chest.

Sky didn't even care at this point if the hunter got her. She ran to Luna and fell to her knees beside her. There was blood pouring from Luna's mouth, her body quivering gasping for air that was never to come.

"No....no no no...." Sky began crying
"No Luna please... Please don't leave me...." Luna's eyes had begun to glaze over. The light was fading from them. The smile that Sky had taken for granted so many times was now gone without a trace.

"Shhhhh....i-it's....ok.." Luna garbled through the blood drowning her. "Shhhh...." She trailed off. Her body relaxed and went limp. Luna was gone.

"No....no no no..." Sky felt the heat begin building in her chest. "No...Luna... This can't be happening" she felt her teeth morph violently, becoming little daggers. Her blood began to boil and she let out a blood curdling scream

Sky charged at the hunter teeth bared eyes wild. He dropped his gun in shock and began running. He couldn't outrun her. Sky lurched onto his back burying her claws deep into his back. She dug her teeth into his throat to stop his screaming and bit right through his vocal chords tearing them out with ease. Just ask sky was about to rip his heart out another gunshot rang out.

Sky woke up eyes wild heart racing. She looked around in a cold sweat, tears running down her face at yet another cell. This one slightly different since it had 4 full walls no bars and a bed. The door to this cell was a heavy metal door with only a small rectangular slot in the center. Through that slot came a plate of food. She threw the plate against the wall. The metal plate clanged angrily against the wall then took refuge on the floor.

"Fine. Suit yourself beast."
