Chapter 15

Audrey's pov

Tuesday morning!

I woke up to the sun beaming on my face, through the blinds.  I rubbed my eyes a bit and checked my phone for the time. Oh shit, it was 9:37 school started an hour and a half ago.

I started to rush to the bathroom. Brushed my teeth and wash my face, I put on  foundation, concealer and mascara. To keep my look natural.

I stopped and started to think. "Why am I rushing, it's just school" I said out loud. I grabbed my phone from the charger and went downstairs for breakfast. I had cereal and walked to school.

"Why're you late" the school secretary said. "Oh just woke up late" I said smiling. "And you Blake" she said and I turned around.

"Just a doctors appointment" he smiled and it faded away quickly. "well, head up to class" she said handing us our late slips. We both walked out.

"Blake?" I said, before heading up the stairs. "What" he said. "Why're you doing this, we use to be so close and now you're throwing it all away" I said looking down. "I know I am, and I'm being a jerk and it's all because of Melanie. She just doesn't want me around you and if she found out she'd do something really bad to you" he said and walked down to me.

"Oh" I said and he kissed me, so I kissed back. He than grabbed my waist. "Okay" I said breathing heavily and pushed him off. "See you around" he smirked and ran up the stairs. I waited just a bit.

What was that all about. Didn't think Blake liked me like that and why'd I kiss him back. I like Hunter, I think I do? I want to and I wanna know how he feels.

He'll probably just punch me in the face. Now I'm hoping he doesn't find a date to the dance. After walking up a flight of stares I made it to my class but it was already second period and people were shuffling and pushing their way to class.

I was about to go to home room for any homework we might have. Until I was pulled away and slammed against the wall. It was Hunter. "Where the hell were you!" He asked and his face was extremely close to my face.

So I kissed him, and the best part was he kissed me back. "Answer me" Hunter said shaking me. Oh great, just a daydream.

"I was just-" he cut me off "doesn't matter I don't care anymore" he said and started walking. "Do you know if we have any homework" I yelled over the crowd.

"I don't know and I definitely don't care" he said turned around, he then sticked up the middle finger as he left.

"Well alrighty than" I said quietly. I don't get this kid he's nice to me and than he's just extremely rude. We're friends one minute and the next he's strangling me with his bare hands.

"Mrs. Lindez" I smiled. "You were late to my class, that's very rare" she said typing up from her computer. "Ya sorry about that, so what's the homework" I asked.

She looked up from the computer and put on her glasses. "It's all on the board, on the left side" she said. "Okay thankyou" I smiled.

"It's due tomorrow" she included as I left. I rolled my eyes. "Ugh" I said quietly. "Okay class today we will just be reading our short novel-" the teacher said erasing stuff from the board. But stopped as I came in.

"You're late why?" he asked me. "Oh I was just getting homework-" he cut me off. "I don't care anymore, sit down and be on time for class or else you can write lines during your lunch break" he yell and slammed the door behind me.

Making the entire class jump. "So what chapter did we leave off on" he asked. "Oh 17" someone yelled out. "Why are you yelling out, raise your hand" he yelled at the student.

"Oh sorry" he replied. "Again!" He said and threw a water. It almost hit someone until she ducked. He's so crazy, I don't know how he got this job. "Take out your books" he said.

As we did, he started choosing people to read. Half the class got a chance to read. "You're turn Audrey" he said. I was freak I out because I wasn't exactly paying attention.

*bell rings*

Thank you god. I smiled. "See you all tomorrow, on time" he yelled. We all scurried out to the next class, right after this class was lunch.

I found my close friend and sat with them. Across from my table was Blake, Melanie, Hunter, Jason, Bryant, Taylor, Stacy and her friends. Mainly the bad popular group.

I bought my lunch at the cafeteria and sat back down. "Audrey right" some guy said to me. "Ya and you are you" I said looking at him. "Michael" he smirked. "down to come" he said handing me a card.

I read. "Ya I'll think about it" I said. "Alright, so what's your number" he asked me. "Don't push it now" I said. "I'll try tomorrow" he said and walked off.

I looked over at Blake and Melanie was sitting right on top of him, I rolled my eyes. "What's the matter" she said frowning and than laughing. "I'm sorry" Blake mouthed to me.

I got up and walked to the washroom. "hey you okay" Blake asked catching up to me. "yup just fine" he said.

Blake grabbed my hand and took me into a corner and started to kiss me. We started making out but I didn't want to do this anymore. "Blake stop! I don't wanna do this anymore. You have to choose me or Melanie" I said.

"Well that's easy I choose you" he said and tried to kiss me again. "That's a lie because you clearly do anything she asks or says" I said.

"You threw away our friendship when she told you to!" I yelled at him. "That was only because I didn't want her to hurt you!" He yelled back.

"Bullshit! Screw you Blake" I said and walked off.
