Chapter 1: The Chosen

"I can't believe you want to go a party at Eleven at night, and on a school night?, I mean seriously, haven't you learned?" I said. "It'll be easy to sneak out, just don't make a sound with those huge feet of yours." said Toby, who was standing outside of my window to sneak off to the party with him.

"Come on dude, we're seniors now, we've got to do this!" Toby said, while climbing inside my bedroom window. "Fine I'll get dressed for your freakshow party" I said as I stepped into the bathroom to take a shower. "Yes! Wonder Boys are back again" Toby exclaimed. "We're definitely not calling ourselves that at the party" I screamed from inside the shower. While taking a shower, Toby looked around in my room, finding a letter from RoadWay University, inside read, "Jack Foster, you are accepted by RoadWay University to study for your passion"

Toby quickly took the letter and shoved it in his pocket. I then came out of the shower. "Out" I said. "Why, there's nothing I haven't seen before?" Toby said quickly, as he pushed the letter further down in his pocket. "Come on dude, I'd have to kill you" I replied. "Fine, you have five minutes" Toby ordered. When I was dressed, Toby and I quietly snuck out of the house. While were running to Toby's car, I noticed a black mustang with tinted windows standing opposite his house. I wispered to Toby, "Have you ever seen that car before?", "Probably just a creepy neighbour". We then walked faster in order not to get caught by the "creepy neighbour". Quickly jumping in the car, I noticed that I never actually seen that car on his street before. I quickly said, "Drive!" as Toby quickly sped off to the party. On their way Toby decided to go and get their two friends Iris and Anna. "Wait!, where are we going?" I asked. "We're going to get Iris and Anna, they need to experience the life of a star!" Toby exclaimed. "I definitely can't look at Iris anymore, since she turned me down for Luke Bridges." I said as I slowly turned my attention to my cellphone. Toby pulled over at Iris and Anna's house who were sisters.

"Wait here!" Toby whispered as he got out of the car, ran toward the two story house and climbed it until he got to the top. "Crazy son of a bitch" I joked as I saw Toby climb into Iris and Anna's bedroom. What I saw was then a flashing light in the bedroom, when finally Iris climbed out of the window. A brunette with blue eyes and flashing clothes. Her sister Anna was more relaxed and never wore clothes revealing her body. Toby and the two girls quickly ran over the lawn and hopped into the car. "Hey J!" which was what Iris called me when they were still close friends. "Hey Iris! How's Luke?" I asked. "He's all good, but we kinda broke up yesterday." she replied. I didn't reply... "Uh, Toby can we go?" Anna said to fill the silence. "One last stop" Toby screamed. "Are you going where I think you're going?" Iris asked in excitement. "BEER!!!" Toby screamed again, while speeding through red traffic lights.

Toby stopped at a small convenient store nearby to the party. All of them ran inside to quickly get some beers, while I stayed behind in the car. I then received a text message saying, "Late Night Out?" I looked around and saw that the black mustang was once again standing behind a tree across the road from the store. I texted back, "Who is this?" and quickly looked back at the car. The car drove off as a new text message read, "I'm watching!" Toby, Anna and Iris then came out of the store and got into the car. I put my cellphone in my pocket, my hands began to shake. "Are you okay dude?" Toby asked as he put his hand on my shaking leg. "I'm fine bro." I said calmly. On our way to the party which was a mile away, Toby bagan to worry that the petrol wasn't going to be enough to go to the party and go back home. "We might have a problem because I'm pretty sure I filled up that whole god damn tank to keep going for the entire night." Toby said while looking at Anna. "We have to keep go.... watch out!" I screamed as a huge meteorite came crashing from the sky onto the bonnet of the car, causing Toby to crash the car in a nearby tree.
