My Daily Poetic Wonders

United We Stand 8/21/2016

I grabbed my pen, my pad, and took my mind on a journey.

I journeyed off to a place far away, where no one could hurt me.

I am just a poet with an imagination, having conversations while meditating.

Relaxation, is the key to a stress free life.

I could probably write a thousands poems, by the way I am relaxing tonight.

I am enjoying the night, and the stars are shining bright.

The only thing left to do, is to spread my wings and take flight.

I want to soar high in the sky just like an eagle.

I want to stay above all evil, and find better ways to lead  my people.

My people, I really need you, and you need me.

So instead of staying divided, lets come together, and be all that we can be.

United we stand, and divided we fall.

Lets build a bridge of togetherness, and tear down all walls.
