Hey guys! Before I start the chapter, I wanted to thank you all for 300+ reads!! Like, wow, I honestly didn't expect the story to get so far in less than a month. But anyway, in the last chapter, you guys voted yes, so, here ya go!!
--- Your POV
I woke up this morning, and the first thing I did was call Mettaton and tell him that I'd be going mon the show later today. Afterwards, I'd go to the castle and have another meeting. Seems easy enough, right?
I went in my closet and picked out an outfit. (Sorry if any of the outfits below aren't something that you like! I honestly just put together six random outfits 😂 and by the way. If you don't wear makeup, you don't have to in the story. It's just there because I thought it was cute.) I grabbed an outfit that I thought was cute, and headed out the door.

I looked at my phone, and then to the door that Mettaton directed me to go to in the text message he sent me earlier.
I let out a breath before opening the door. I was greeted by only Mettaton himself.
"Hey, you made it! And you look amazing, darling."
"Aww, thanks Metta. So, what am I supposed to do?"
"Well in about 10 minutes, you're going to go onstage and sing a song."
"Okay."
"So, you can tell BurgerPants here what song you're going to sing." Mettaton gave me a slight smile before walking off.
A cat-like guy stood before me. "Hey. I'm BurgerPants, as Mettaton told you, just tell me what you're going to sing."
I told BurgerPants what I was going to sing, and he nodded before walking off.
"Y/N! Over here!" The robot walked over to you once more.
"Yeah? What's up?" I asked.
"Now for your performance, I want you to stand on this platform right here. It'll take you up to the stage. See ya darling!"
Wait, did he just say stage I just thought that this was gonna be a show, it's kinda sounding like a concert now.
I step onto the platform, and I get lifted to the stage.
"And now, I present to you one of my very talented friends. Y/N!"
The crowd cheered which made my heart beat faster. I looked around to see if I could find anyone I knew. Unfortunately, I did now, but I could see Mettaton quietly cheering me on from the side of the stage.
