Chapter 2

Demi

During the week, Marissa was always at my house helping me preparing stuff to the trip.

- I think I'm going to bring this one.. What do you think? - I asked showing her a bikini top in red with a twist in the front

- It's cute! Is it push up? - Marissa asked

- Yeah - I laughed - You can use it if you want

She smirked and winked at me in a funny way - There's no going back now

We both laughed and continued packing since today was saturday and we were going on monday

Marissa already had her bags prepared and since her parents couldn't take her, she was going to sleep at my house 'til monday

Days passed by and monday arrived. We got up early and got in the car. My mom still half asleep, got inside the car with a cup of coffee, and drove us to Miley's who lived closer.

- Goodmorning girls, goodmorning Miss Lovato - She smiled getting inside after 10 minutes of waiting - I'm sorry I'm late but my younger brother wasn't the best brother today.. - she laughed

My mom started doing small talk with her as we drove to also pick up Selena.

We drove to California from Texas. It was a really long drive. Hours and hours after, we arrived a the "Paradise Camp". It was a really awesome building. The woman signed us in and showed us the instalations. It was a main building with connection to the smaller ones. It had an U shape being the left and right side, bedrooms. The entrance was on the outside of the U. In the middle, there was a curvy pool with a cascade. The smaller buildings were the bedrooms. Next to the pool, there was a small path that led to the beach, where there was a cabin with a closed door. The lady said that inside were the surf equipment. Next to that cabin, was a small beach bar with a barman called Jim. Jim was really goodlooking. Probably had all girls by his feet. He had a blond man bun and blue eyes. He had a low cut beach shirt and looked really tanned. His smile was bright white and of course, Selena amd Miley started gawking at him.

He seemed like a cool guy after the conversation we had with him and the lady of the reception who was called Jessica.

She continued showing us the instalations and it was just amazing. It had everything.

She took us to our rooms. I was with Marissa on room 28 and Sel was with Miley in a few rooms next to us, in 21

Both of us in the second level.

We said goodbye to my mom who, of course, made a scene to say goodbye to me, and put down our stuff in the rooms. Afterwards, we all got out to meet the rest of the group.

The lady told us the meeting was at the bar so the four of us headed there. I sat in a puff next to Sel and Miley sat on Marissa's lap who was in a small couch. There we're some guys already there and a few girls. We greeted them and started talking between us.

The guy Selena had a crush arrived with the girl from the pictures. She was really pretty and had long brown hair and a really pretty smile.. I felt somehow inferior to her.. Which didn't sat well with me

He sat in a puff with her next to me and I was engulfed with his perfume.. He smelled really really good..

A darker man came close to us.. He looked older and had a shirt with the "Camp Paradise" symbol

- Hi everyone, my name is Wilmer Valderrama, and I will be your counselor.. I'm the one who coordenates the activities and the one teaching you guys how to surf. I can be your best friend if you respect everyone, or your worse nightmare, the choice is yours, Nicholas - he said looking at the guy next to me
