Ellie's POV
When I was born, my parents died in a car accident and I survived, in my dead moms stomach. Creepy right? Since then I've lived in a hell hole known as Ms. Carries orphanage. Honestly, I want to die every day.
Ever since I was nine years old I've loved the next step. I've supported everyone through everything and even had a few replies over the five years. I'm turning fourteen this year and Season four has just been released in the UK. It has to be one of the best seasons I have to have watched just because Riley becomes studio head.
I know I'm going to be here until I get enough money to move out. I'm too old. No one wants a teenager. Do they?
Brittany Raymond is my ultimate idol. Me and my best friend Elise have looked up to her since the show started back in 2011. Her and Trevor Tordjman- James- just got together and are on a little trip in west London. Exactly where I'm from. But Ms. Carrie would never let us go out of here. She acts like we're four. Not fourteen.
Just then, my buzzer rings. Why would someone even think about adopting me? I'm fourteen in a couple of weeks.
"Ellie, we have someone here to see you, please report to main desk." Ms. Carries' monotous voice rings through my buzzing system.
Honestly. Someones thinking of adopting me? Why is this happening? And lets face it. You must be kidding me when I reach the desk. I think they've got the wrong Ellie.
"So, you wanted to see me?" I say, still shocked that the two people I look up to are stood there.
"Yes, Brittany and Trevor want to adopt a child but don't want someone younger than ten, and they thought you looked good." Ms. Carrie says.
"H..hi g..guys." I stutter. Brittany Raymond and Trevor Tordjman. What the hell.
"Hi Ellie, we were wondering, we'd like to adopt you, is that okay?" Brittany smiles.
"Yes, thank you so much." I smile.
"So, would you like to pack up and come to Toronto?" Trevor says.
"Oh, there's nothing I need to pack up, I just need to say bye to my friend." I laugh.
"Okay, thats fine Ellie." Brit says.
These guys are super kind. I honestly love them already. But why did they pick me? There's plenty of other kids who are much more beautiful than me. Oh well, it,s not that I'm complainig.
I head to my 'old' room as I can call it now to go and say bye to Elise. We've been friends since birth and nothing has separatednus, despite Ms. Carries attempts over the years!
"Elise, I've been adopted so I'm leaving now." I call.
"Okay, by who?" She asks as I hug her.
"Well this is a clue, and you can keep this." I smile, handing her the signed paper that Brittany gave me a few minutes ago. It's from the cast.
"Wait, Brit and Trevor are adopting you!" She squeals!
"Mhm, now I've got to go, I'm gonna miss you Elise." I say, a little tear dropping down my cheek.
"Love you Ellie, see you soon." She smiles, I really am going to miss Elise.
I head out to where my new parents are. I can't get used to calling Brittany and Trevor my parents. Like how does this happen to someone like me and why has thus happened? This is a big day in Ellie Maidden history.
"Hey guys." I smile, Trevor putting an arm around me.
"We've signed the papers, you ready to go?" Brittany asks.
