Sleepless Nights

Colby's point of view.

I was hanging out with Seth. I'm not gonna lie he's a really cool guy. I pretended like I didn't know Juliette, and then she came back. She showered and when she got out she was wearing my shirt. It brought back good and bad memories. I loved the memories of me asking her out, and cuddling, but then everything went down hill. Then she left to go hang out with Tayler. What is it with her and him? Are they dating? My heart broke at the thought.
"Colby!" Seth said snapping me out of my thoughts. I turned and looked at him.
"Wanna play Kingdom hearts?" He asked.
"That's my favorite game." I laughed and nodded telling him I wanted to play. I ended up losing track of time, and before I knew it it was 1 am.
"Shoot man I gotta go home." I laughed handing Seth his controller back.
"Yeah I need to hit the hay also, but I guess I better wait on Juliette to get back." He said yawning, and turning his game off.
"She might have crashed at Tayler's place, you might want to text her and see." I explained.
"Who is this Tayler person? Like I know he came to Florida a few weeks ago and stayed with her, and they shot YouTube videos and musicallys, but like who is he, and how do they know each other?" Seth asked looking really confused. So that's how they recorded a video together. What is this? Why am I so jealous?
"Well from what Tayler told me, they met a few months back when Juliette came to California on vacation, and they kept in touch." I said nervously hoping he didn't catch on that I knew Juliette.
"Wait so you do know her?" Seth asked looking at me.
"I might have met her once." I laughed. He nodded and I assumed texted Juliette.
"Alright yeah Tayler just texted me from her phone saying she passed out, so I'm gonna catch some z's." He laughed.
"Alright well it was fun hanging out with you." I said shaking his hand as I walked out the door. I walked into mine and Sam's apartment, and he was passed out on the couch.
"Sam..." I waited he didn't wake up.
"SAMUEL!" I said a little louder shaking him.
"Huh? What?" He asked jumping up. I laughed at his scared expression.
"Go to bed." I laughed walking to my room. I laid on my bed, and began scrolling through Instagram. Juliette hasn't posted since the day she left here. I thought to soon. I got a notification that she posted a picture. I guess she wasn't really asleep. I clicked on the picture. It was her coming out of the water at the pool, she looked like a model. I liked it, and then continued scrolling. I saw Tayler had posted a picture. I looked at it, and it was a picture of him, and Juliette. Someone had taken it as they were walking to the pool, when he had her thrown over his shoulder and she was laughing. The caption read, "All laughs with this beauty😂❤️" I felt the anger boiling. They can't be together! Not when I'm in love with her. I groaned and tossed my phone on my nightstand. I rolled over to try to get some sleep. Needless to say that wasn't going to work.
