Peixes Part 2

Ok so just a little warning there's a little bit of abuse/blood in this chapter so if you can't handle that stuff I don't blame you if you don't want to read this chapter. Also I suck at fish puns. Sorry. And one more thing is that this takes place a few years in the future.

(Y/n)'s POV

When you finally woke up you saw that Fef was still asleep. You checked her leg to find it almost completely healed. That was fast... You thought and got out of bed. You supposed that her family was already searching for her, and you also supposed that the sooner you found them the better chance that you didn't get killed. You gently shook her awake. "Fef, time to get up. Fef, come on." You said quietly. She groaned and her tail flicked in irritation. "No..." She whined and turned away from you. "Fef you're almost completely healed. We're gonna find your family today." You said and shook her a little harder. In an instant she was up, fear and worry in her eyes. "Fef, what's wrong?" You asked in concern. She was so relaxed two second ago and now she was so tense and nervous. "You can't do that!" She said suddenly. "Why not? I said I would help you-" you protested but she cut you off. "If Mom and Meenah find you they're gonna krill you!" She said, panic filling her voice. Now it was your turn to worry. "What?!" You nearly shouted. "Ok, um, maybe there's a way to reason with them-" you volunteered. "No! There's no way to convince them that you kelped me! They hate humans! They think that all of you are just violent and scary and-" she cut in and you could see she was panicking. She suddenly wrapped her arms around you protectively. "I don't want you to die." She said and you heard her sniffing. She was really upset. "Feferi, I'm sure I can reason with your mom and sister. I won't die, I promise. You're my friend, I wouldn't do that to you." You said and rubbed her back in an effort to calm her down. "I hope you're right." She whispered. "Me too." You replied. Suddenly the two of you heard a crash from downstairs and what sounded like a gunshot followed by a furious roar. "That's Mom and Meenah!" Feferi cried and all of her fins puffed up in alarm. "Oh shit the guards might hurt them! We need to help them!" You added and the two of you dashed out of the room. You were right about Fef's wound healing. You had to sprint to keep up with her. Once you got to the main hall you saw everything. Two trolls very similar to Fef were fighting against pretty much every guard in your house. The larger one had a gunshot wound and was downright pissed. The smaller one was fine but she was still pissed. You and Fef ran downstairs. She went to her family while you told the guards to lower their weapons. "With all due respect, Ms. (L/n), your parents ordered us to shoot and kill any trolls that came after the little one." One of them said. You knew he clearly didn't want to be doing this, but your parents were not ones to be messed with. But now you were the one who was pissed. "I order you to lower the goddamn guns! Neither of us asked for any of this!" You shouted and gestured to you and Fef. "I hate the idea of ripping trolls from their families just so we can have them as exotic pets! She was going to fucking DIE if I hadn't helped her! I never asked for this. They never asked for this! So put away the goddamn guns AND LET THEM GO HOME, DAMMIT!" You shouted as loud as you could. "And I don't care what my parents said! I can see it! None of you want to hurt any of them! So don't! Let them leave! If you lost someone that close to you wouldn't you do whatever it took to get them back?! ID HOPE SO!!!" You added. A heavy silence followed your little rant. You saw the glint of metal out of the corner of your eye and leapt in front of the trolls right as the gun was fired. You felt your shoulder explode into pain and fell to the floor. "WHO THE ACTUAL FUCK SHOT THAT GUN?!?!" You screamed and looked around the room. Your gaze fell upon your father, who had the most horrified look on his face. He was holding a silver handgun, and it fell out of his hand and hit the floor. "IF I WASNT SLOWLY BLEEDING TO DEATH HERE DAMMIT I WOULD SLAP YOU FOR BEING SUCH A DUMBASS!!! THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU MAKE STUPID DESCISIONS!!" You screamed at him, tears falling freely off your face. You knew you were losing a lot of blood, and you were starting to lose your balance. "(Y/n)!" You heard Fef cry out. You slowly turned to her and gave a halfhearted smile. She ran up to you and caught you as started falling. "Thanks Fef..." You mumbled. She slowly set you on the floor and dashed upstairs. You just tried to stop the bleeding while everyone else stood in shocked horror. Fef came back with nearly every piece of medical supplies in your room. She started frantically wrapping bandages around your shoulder. "Don't die (y/n)! You're my friend, and friends don't do that to each other!" She said and you looked up at her. Not even ten minutes ago you had said that to her. "Pssh, I'm not going to die on you." You said weakly. You were swimming (puns!) in and out of consciousness, until finally you just passed out.
