The Late Night Visit

I tell Roxy, Levi, Nick and Jessica over I.M.

Roxy: It's SOOOO a date!

Levi: I agree.

Nickasaurous: It may just be a hangout

Jessica: No, it totally is a date, don't listen to Nick he doesn't know what he is saying.

Starlight: Thanks you guys for making me more nervous...

Nickasaurous: Don't worry about it, you'll be fine, I'll go if you want.

Starlight: No you would go straight into trying to embarrass me and it would end badly.

Nickasaurous: Damn oh well good luck!

Roxy: GOOD LUCK!!

Levi: Good luck!

Jessica: GOOD LUCK!

Starlight: Thanks

I think it over, hoping it goes well. Saturday night rolls around and for this hangout, I'm sporting jeans, a Pierce the Veil t-shirt, purple bow, the pendant he gave me and some star studded earrings.

" Ding-Dong"

The door bell goes off and I rush down the stairs. I open the door before my father has the chance to get up.

"Hello." I say blushing

He looks at me, smiles, blushes slightly and returns the greeting. He is wearing a black button up shirt and black jeans.

" Shall we?" He gestures to his black Mercedes.

" Sure, bye dad!"

I yell up the stairs, closing the door behind me, making sure it is locked. He opens the car door for me with a smile on his face. Once he gets in the car I ask him where we are going.

"Somewhere you'll enjoy."

With that he smiles and we drive off. He takes me to this field where there is a picnic blanket layed out and the only light that is visible is the moonlight and stars.

"Wow it is so beautiful!"

He pulls out a guitar and starts to play a song. While he plays the song, our surroundings seem to come alive. Fireflies come out of nowhere as he continues to play the song. He starts to sing, the pendant starts to glow, and he caresses my cheek. I feel as if I am in a dream. When he finishes playing the song, he slowly moves closer and kisses me. He picks me off the ground and holds me in his arms. We gaze up at the stars. Suddenly the sky fills with shooting stars.

" Make a wish."

"I don't have to because I have all I could wish for here in my arms."

He kisses me once more and I am left speechless for the rest of the night.
