She stared at me from across the room with a smirk on her face.

Ingrid Fields.

Every niggas dream, a fuck and duck might I add.

I winked at her and she blushed turning around in her desk and talking to a girl I supposed was her friend.

I focused in on what my boys was talking about.

"Football about to be lit this year fam." Lo spoke loudly.

I high fived and Chris nodded his head staring deep down in his phone.

"Here this nigga go." Prodince snickered. "Whipped done a bitch."

"I'm not whipped nigga." He scowled.

We all looked at each other and raised our eyebrows before breaking into laughter.

"Whipped." We said together.

Chris broke into a smile and shook his head. "I hate y'all niggas, bro."

I wasn't the relationship kind of guy. I didn't necessarily run into every girl I met and leave her hanging. I would still talk to her but let her down gently. Explain that all I wanted was a nice fuck.

All I wanted was to get laid.

Relationships weren't it for me. I couldn't settle down for shit. The only time I did was for a week and that was in the seventh grade.

I realized I couldn't do that shit and she caught me sucking face with a bitch in the stairwells.

We're still good friends though.

That was in the past. This is the present.

Long story short, that relationship shit was for the birds.

I didn't want it, or need it.

"You taking fine ass Ingrid to homecoming son?" Chris asked me breaking me out of my thoughts.

"I don't know man." I looked over my shoulder at her. "I'll think about it."

"You better think fast nigga cause it looks like someone trying to take your place." Cameron scooted his chair over to her and was all up in her face. She was liking that shit to.

"I don't want her like that. Just one night." I turned away and started back on my homework. "That's all I want from her, then he can have her." I shrugged.

Prodince eyed me but dropped it anyway.

"What y'all doing after school?"

"My mom dragging me out to dinner, with Olivia." Chris answered. Which was his girlfriend.

"Work, work." I looked around. "And more work." I laughed.

"I know that, nigga." Lorence shook his head with a hand held in the air to give me a high five.
