"We're here for the spa," Tyler smiled widely at the man at the reception.
The man chuckled and showed us a big glass door that led to the pool. "You're going to get in there and do anything you like. There is a warm water swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna," he informed us. "Oh, and you will be all alone, because nobody else is using them today."
Tyler wiggled his eyebrows, making me laugh and slap his arm playfully.
We walked into the huge room and closed the door behind us. I got into a changing room and put on a black bikini I had bought the day I booked us a spa day.
Opening the door of the changing room to go out, I felt a strong arm picking me up and throwing me into the pool.
"Tyler!" I said once I was out of the water.
Tyler looked at me sheepisly and jumped in too.
He swam closer to me and hugged me inside the pool.
"Not that I am complaining or anything, but how do you pay for all these gifts?" he asked me.
I smiled and told him everything about the inherited money.
"That's pretty... Fancy," he laughed.
"I know, right?" I giggled.
And that's how we spent the rest of our morning, fooling around and making out in the pool.
In the evening, we went to the restaurant next to our hotel to have dinner.
I noticed my brothers and Hayden sneezing and sniffing.
"Cat," Jake started.
"No way," I said, touching his forehead. It was really warm.
"Yes way," he nodded. "It wasn't our fault though."
"And whose fault was it then?" I asked angrily.
We were having so much fun, and they had to go play with the snow and catch a freaking cold.
Allison came behind me and squeezed my shoulder. "It's okay. Don't shout at them."
I sighed. "I'm sorry. How are you feeling?" I asked, looking at all of them.
"I have a headache, but I'll be fine," Max said and sneezed.
"Yeah, right. Eat something and then we are going to your room. We won't go anywhere if you don't get well."
They nodded and continued eating.
Hayden smiled at me and I raised my eyebrows. "Don't smile, you idiot."
He laughed and coughed at the same time. "It's funny seeing you being so overprotective."
"Oh yeah? Don't you think I should be overprotective over you too?" I asked smirking.
"No, no, no! I already have Allison, i don't want you too!" he shook his head frantically.
We had dinner and went back to the hotel. I asked Tyler if he could go buy some medicine and he left immediately.
For the next four days, we just sat around at our hotel rooms, looking after our sick boys.
It was now New Year's Eve and we had dressed up - not that we were going anywhere - and were waiting for the new year to come.
"Will you, at least, let us go to the balcony?" Hayden asked Allison. She looked at me and I nodded.
I walked towards it and opened the windows. Tyler followed me and we walked out first.
Everyone followed us and we all soon started to countdown, watching the colourful fireworks lighting up the night sky.
"Three, two, one! Happy New Year!" We cheered.
Tyler turned me to face him and kissed me. I smiled and felt him smiling too.
"Happy New-" I started saying, but he kissed me again.
I laughed and pushed him away.
"Don't interrupt me when I'm wishing you!" I pinched his cheek. "Happy New Year, baby."
"Yeah, yeah, Happy New Year. Now kiss me," he said and pressed his lips against mine.
