64. I have no choice

Hola. This could be a long one actually. 

Somehow his words seems to ease me enough for me to choke out my words. "Bag. Meds!" Realising my need he quickly chucks me into a chair and dashes for my purse, rummaging in the bag he finds the tablets and takes one out of the packet. Grabbing the water bottle from his desk, he unscrews the lid and places the tablet in my mouth and helps me drink the water carefully while he's rubbing my back.

After a longing of minutes my breathing is back to normal (kind-a). "I haven't been to focused on taking these," I point out, Alexis removes his hand from my back and I'm already missing the soft felling of his warm hand.

I continue taking the sips of water, "Maybe we should forget about this and start anew,"

"Maybe after the truth!" I argue, I wanted to know what I had read was not true, what I knew was false.

He shakes his head, "And I thought after all that you would stop that childish desire,"

I furrow my eyebrows and stand up, "To you it may seem childish, to me its the truth,"

"A relationship can not start without honesty because honesty builds trust but you don't trust me, do you?" I burst of tears threat to reveal.

"Can't you understand that I just can't tell you?" He presses, curling his hand into a fist and banging on the nearby furniture.

"Well then I guess we have no choice," I shrug, "Its either me or the company!?"

For now, I was sure he would choose me and have to choice but to tell me the truth forcefully. It wasn't the root I wanted to take but I had no other choice.

He scowled, turning around.

"I have no choice..." He utters, and my lips turn up. "I'm sorry,"

And then my face drops, "What? What do you mean?" I demand with accuracy.

He turns around, "I've chosen my company over you!"
