Chapter 6: Quest Begins (Part 1)

[Your Name]'s P.O.V

"We have to work together." I concluded. Everyone nodded.

"So what's the plan?" Dante asked.

"Well that's the reason why I called you here." I turned my head around so I wasn't just looking at one area.

"I have devised a plan that will have almost no faults." Jaquelynn blinked.

"Almost  no faults?" Laurance's spoke up, "So that means there is a few faults..."

"Well, yes. One to be exact."

"What is it?" Katelyn asked.

Jaquelynn explained her plan and told us what she thought was a problem in the plan. There were many questions and a lot of them didn't quite understand. To be honest, it was a complicated plan. It took me a while to understand and register everything she said. Once Jaquelynn had explained the answered to their questions, it was time to prepare.

"So what supplies do you need?" Levin spoke.

"We probably won't need to take a boat, but on foot." Jaquelynn said.

"So there will be a need of some food for our journey." To my surprise it was Ash who talked. He was very silent for the whole talk and he just spoke now.

At that moment, an idea popped into my head. Jaquelynn told me that Jace had went and distracted Aaron for a bit when she and Ash came and grabbed me. Right now, I couldn't see Jace and it kinda worried me, since Aaron is with us. These guys are also wanted thieves. Who know what he could be doing. I bit the inside of my cheek. I'm sure there's nothing to worry about. He seems like the type of guy who wouldn't do anything bad. At least I hope so...

Our small meeting ended and everyone went out to their separated ways to either go get ready or to get some rest. We were going to set out quite early in the morning tomorrow. At the moment, Levin and Malachi were taking me to go get some supplies. They said that everyone would have to come on their own time to go get their own supplies.

"What would you like to bring?" Levin asked as he had his back towards me.

"It depends on what you have...?" I answered in my poker face.

"We have bread, apples, etcetera."

"Well, could I take a look at what you have and take anything I need?" I asked, unsure on what I needed nor wanted.

"Sure, and I trust that you won't make a mess." I nodded and he moved out of the way to let me get my stuff.

I looked through the crates with many items inside of them. Most of them held food, but there were a few that had a few useful items. I took some bread, cheese and some pork, for food, I found a warm looking [Favourite Colour] jacket, some [Second Favoruite Colour] mittens and a pair of [Favourite Colour] snow boots just in case we had to go through a tundra region. I found a few bottles of water, and all the other essentials.

When I was ready I thanked Levin and headed out. It was turning dark and I could feel myself feel very weak. I guess I need some sleep, huh...? I yawned and made my way over to the big tree.

"Well tomorrow is the day," I muttered to myself, "That our quest begins."
