[Your Name]'s P.O.V.

"So please forgive us..." All five of them were standing before me, heads hanging from guilt. I stared at them. An awkward silence ran between us. The wind howled as the leaves rustled. The breeze was quite strong, almost strong enough to blow my hood off.

"Apology forgiven, trust denied."

"Wait. You're forgiving us, but you don't trust us?" Travis asked. I gave him a swift nod.

"If you want me to trust you again, you have to build it up again."

"So wait. You're implying that you did trust us before." Laurance gave me a sly smile.

"You really want to start that up again, right after I just told you I don't trust you." I blinked at them. He turned a bit red from embarrassment and some of the other guys snickered a bit. After our little make up, we decided to head back to the village, to start our plan to save Aphmau.

"Well, well, well~" A female voice echoed through the woods, "Looks like we've found some brats." A voice I could recognize anywhere.

"Ivy." I spat out with venom. A figure emerged from the darkness, revealing the pink haired warrior.

"Oh would you look at that. The [Title Name] is here with them. How entertaining." She smirked as she twirled her blue sword. Another figure followed behind her. A werewolf to be exact.

"What are you doing here." I snarled.

"So I can't visit my best friend?" She gave an innocent look.

"We were never friends, forget about best friends, and you know that."

"How rude and to think I was going to be nice  to you." She moved her long hot pink hair around her ear and gave one of her sinister smiles. "Well, I guess I have to teach you a lesson." She got into a ready stance. I sensed the other guys shifted and were ready to attack. I raised my hand up to gain their attention.

"This is my battle. Focus on him." I looked toward the werewolf male.

"Oh not getting help from your minions?"

"I don't and never will need help from others." I growled.

"Then let's begin, shall we?" I hovered my hand over my two swords. You should have never messed with me, Aphmau. She lunched towards me with full force. I gracefully dodged it and took the chance to hit her. I took out one sword and gripped it tightly as I whipped it down at her. She blocked it. Small magenta particles were emitting off of her. Her form was changing too. Learned new stuff, huh? Well let's see how you deal with my new powers. I hadn't been able to control my powers. All I could really do was bring it out. I just let it take on from then. I never know when it's going to calm down and go back inside of me, but it always does it before anything bad happens.

"I pity you, [Your Name]." Ivy spoke as her chest heaved by her breathing, "I really do. You've downgraded yourself to these pathetic guards. I never thought you would give up your position, just to be with these lonely people."

"And I never thought you would have feelings towards them." She gave a sly smirk. My eyes widened. What the hell did she just say? I do not like them!  As I was being taken aback with the shock, Ivy took her chance and swung at me. I was deep in my thoughts, and hadn't dodged it very well. She was able to cut me a bit and I fell back into a tree.

"Wow, you really have become soft. You believed a total lie and look where it has. Gotten you. Killed." Her voice changed. It was more demonic. She raised her sword over my head and lifted up. In a fast motion, she moved the sword straight down into the ground. I was able to kick her feet so she would lose her balance, but it seemed like it wasn't enough. She stumbled a but but she went back into her position. Like a robot trying to complete a mission. She wasn't aware of any attacks that were going to land on me. So I grabbed a dagger and chucked it right in her stomach. She winced and flinched.

"YoU tHinK tHat'S EnOUgh tO kILl mE?! WeLl yOuR're WroNg!" She had enough strength to slice down. She was too busy focusing on her task that she completely forgot about her target. I made a swift get away, but since the cut on my hip was gushing blood and I could feel the pain, I wasn't very fast. She was only able to cut a bit of my cloak. The hood of it.

My [Hair Colour] locks fell down my face. I fluttered my [Eye Colour] eyes, from the bright sunlight. I heard footsteps, and they weren't mine or Ivy's.

"Ivy. We have to leave. NOW!" The male werewolf came panting. She just made a "tch" sound.

"iF yOu doN't WAnT yOuR bEloVeD AphMau tO dIe tHeN I SugGEsT YoU geT hER baCk THroUgh WaR. WE WilL bE bAcK. PRePare YoUR AnSwer." The quickly made their escape. I was left standing there staring to where they had disappeared to.

"[Your Name]!" The five guards came sprinting back to me. "What happened? Where'd they go?" Before I could answer any of their questions, we heard a wolf howl. A werewolf howl. My gaze hardened, and they guys noticed.

"What'd they say?"

"They didn't say anything." I glared at the shadowy figures of Ivy and her henchman, disappear.

"It was A Cry For Battle."
