Chapter Fourteen

Chapter Fourteen.

Collin's POV

Ok so a Hades is married to Nyla, who is actually Persephone the King of god's daughter that got kidnapped by Hades and forced to marry him. To make it even worse Hades just stabbed her, she is bleeding a lot but won't die. It just sucks cause she has to suffer in pain until she die's or until she is healed. She was crying in pain until she blacked out, Zeus looked scared like something was gonna happen or something was wrong.

"Poseidon this isn't good" I hear Zeus whisper.

I'm confused and Emil is crying over by the tree's, I know he's scared and I know he know's something is wrong, he can sense it, that's one of his abilities, well half of one, he can read minds and sense someones emotion's when they aren't expressing any. I walk over to Emil and bring him into a hug.

"She shouldn't have blacked out, something is wrong, she isn't responding to Artemis or Apollo's treatment" Emil almost whispered. I frown.

"What's dad thinking?" I ask.

"He is confused and sense someone is here, wait! he senses Hades, he just whispered to Zeus that Hades is coming closer and wants to take back his queen? Who's his queen?" Em asks.

He doesn't know Nyla is the Queen of the Underworld.

"WHAT" Em screams, crap he read my mind.

"Collin come here" dad yelled. I look to Emil and he nods understanding.

"Yeah dad?" I ask.

"Shield Persephone now, Hades can't get her if she is in a shield" dad said.

I nod and quickly build a shield around her. I hold it and Artemis and Apollo pick her up I hold the shield around her and follow them inside the building.

"What's wrong with her?" I ask, they don't answer.

Nyla's eye's shoot open but they don't look normal, they are dull and not as bright, they look weak, she tries to get up but screams out in pain. Fear is in her eye's, and she is whispering something but it's so quiet I can't hear it. All of a sudden she starts shaking violently. I scares me and I drop my shield, I quickly but it back up and am inside with her.

She starts to float and I look confused so does Artemis and Apollo who are dancing to loud music well mixing up some medicines.

"Artemis? Is this supposed to-" I was cut off by an invisible hand covering my mouth.

"Hades No" Nyla's voice says.

"Come with me my queen and I wont hurt him" Hades cold voice spoke and it sent shivers down my spine. I knew I needed help. I decided to send Emil a mind message.

"Em HELP get dad NOW SOS" I yelled into his head.

"Jesus you don't have to yell now I have a head ache" He replied and 10 seconds later dad and Zeus were in the room.

Zeus looked confused. His daughter looked crazy, she was talking to the wall. I dropped my shield suddenly getting weak, I could know longer stand and my legs gave out, I fell but was caught by invisible hands.

"Have fun with your pain" Hades voice spoke.

All of a sudden it felt like my insides were being ripped out. Artemis rushed to my side and dumped water all over me, the pain stopped as I shifted and her and Apollo carried me dads office which was all water, Emil was in their, he quickly swam to me and asked if we could go back to Selena now. She had called him 6 times.

"Em you go I can't" I reply still in a little pain but not as much.

"Why?" Em asked.

"I can't shift" I say, he gives me a confused look.

"Hades" I say and he gasp his eye's starting to water.

"What he? What?" He asked so confused.

"I can shift Em but it's to painful to be human right now ok? I'm still in pain and I need to watch over Nyla until she dies or heals but you go to Selena ok, have you told dad Selena's pregnant? Have you even told him your dating anyone?" I reply.

"Who is Selena, Em you got her pregnant! Does she know about us?" Dad asked from behind us, oops.

"Selena is my girl friend, yes I got her pregnant but not on purpose by accident" He replied.

"An half, she knows we are mermaids but not God's" Em adds. Dad nodded.

"Bring her here" Dad said.

"What! Do you know what could happen?" Em yells.

Hades could get to her or worse another God.

"I do and I'll have you and Artemis watching over her in the building, oh and Collin your responsible once it's born' Dad says before leaving. What?

"Go get her Em but don't tell her where you're taking her go get her then come back" I say and he nods before leaving.

He'd be back in an hour tops. I get out and shift back as painful as it was I stud up groaning in pain. Nyla walked in, she's ok thank god.

"Collie your ok" She yelled and ran to me.

She kissed me and I kissed her back. We pulled back after a minute or 2, she looked up at me and smiled.

"I thought he killed you for good" She said her eye's watering. I'm confused.

"I wouldn't have died" I replied.

"You don't know do you?" She asked. I'm confused.

"Know what?" I ask.

"If Hades kills you that's it, your dead! In the underworld for the rest of your life and you don't want to go their it hell, shut up it's not funny" She laughs. I smiled and pulled her into a hug.

"So I almost lost you today?" I ask, she shakes her head.

"Collin I'm already dead, I've been dead for 12 years. You don't get to leave the underworld alive, Hades killed me before he made me Queen" She explained.

"I chose to be able to be alive and could leave he was very mad. He made sure I ate 6 of the 12 seeds and that I had to come back for 6 days every month or I'd get week and die" She adds.

"Really I'm dating a dead girl? That's kinda cool and hot" I say and wink at her. She blushes and laughs.

"Stop" She laughs with a big smile, but when she looks up her smile turn into a frown, What is behind me?
