Chapter Sixteen - Are You Serious?

---Hana's POV---

Even though KingsLee didn't give me the answer I exactly wanted I didn't blame him for being honest with me about what was going through his head without mercy.

We looked at each other for a moment and thence stood up. He sticks out his hand for me to grab. I look up at him. He has the stupid smirk on his face as he usually does. "C'mon." he says simply. I looked at him than at hid hand. I had a half smile playing on my lips with a curious look, unsure of what I should do. "Don't think about it just come." He says. At that moment I don't I grab his hand and he pulls me up. He was about to pull me out before I pulled my hand free and turned back to my books. "What is it?" He asked as I started grabbing my things. "I can't just leave my babies here, someone could take them!" I say looking at him. He smirks at me and then rolls his eyes. I put my bag over my shoulder and then look at him. He juts his hand back out at me and I take it with some more eye rolling. He turns around and I grab his book for him as he leaves the rest of his things there. Next thing I know he is leading me outside of the school. He leads me to the parking lot. That is when reality got me. "Wait." I say as I pull my hand back from his and stop.

He turned to me. "What?" He asked almost harshly. He looks at me confused. I looked at the school for a moment and then to him. "I haven't ditched school with anyone but JayLeen. She may think something is up" I told him. I was very worried because I didn't really know KingsLee and now I was ditching school with him. Before school even starts. Who am I?

"Oh it will be fine I am sure." He says and grabs my hand. Even through my protest he still drags me over to his bike. I stand there as he puts his helmet on me. "Do you want the jacket on since you already have on the hoodie?" He asked. I looked up at him and then to the jacket then to the jacket I am wearing. I shake my head. "No you need some protection. Put it on." He looks at me for a moment then puts it over my shoulders. "It's gonna fall off." I say to him. He looks at the jacket and then buttons the colar under my neck. I look at him with a small pout. "What's wrong?" He asked his eye brows furrowed. "What if you get hurt?" I asked. "At least you'd be better off than me." He says looking at his feet for a moment. I use one hand since the other is holding the Divergent book and unbutton the jacket taking it off and handing it to him. He looked at it and then looked at me. I shove it at his chest with a small smile on my face. "Put it on." I tell him. He gives me a weird look and then slowly grabs it out of my hand and then easily slides into it. "Thats better." I tell him and pat his shoulder. I felt very awkward at the moment.

He gets on his back and I can tell he is waiting for me to get on. I just stare at the bike. Even though I have already rode with him on it I am still terrified of riding on it again. I play with the sleeve of my jacket subconsciously. "Want some help?" He asked. I shook my head no as I gulped. I still stood there for a moment wondering how I would get on it with my height by myself. Getting lost in my thoughts while starring at the bike I didn't realize it when KingsLee got up and came over to me picking me up. This time I didn't scream but I almost rolled into a ball. Once he sat me on the bike I could finally breathe. "You have got to quite doing that." I tell him as I adjust myself into a correct sitting position. I made sure that I was't going to touch him with my legs because that is still weird for me. He sat down in front of me. "Well then don't act so terrified of the bike." He says pulling my legs up to him so I slide to him. I gulped again because I was nervous because I had no idea what I was doing at this point in time. My arms where still at my sides by the time he had started the bike. Before he pulled away he grabbed my arms and wrapped them around his midsection. He looks over his shoulder at me with a half smile half smirk because he is realizing how nervous I am. "Calm down Montana." He says and I take affiance to it immediately. "ITS NOT EVEN SPELLED THE SAME YOU CAN'T DO THAT!" I almost yell at him making him laugh. He pats my hands so they would stay and then puts his hands on the handles and we where off speeding out of the school parking lot.
