SAM
It was a few weeks after Alex and Dean got married. I was happy for them but my thoughts of Jessica and Mom... Scared me that something was going to happen to Alex as well. She had started acting weird and randomly running to the bathroom. My guess was that she just really had to go sometimes. Or she was pregnant.
Dean thought nothing of it of course. After all, Alex had been deemed infertile. Bobby called and asked us where we were sometimes and he would come visit or we would go visit him. That's actually where we are now. Standing on Bobby's steps waiting for him to open the door. He finally did when Alex raised a hand to knock again.
"Alex! Sam! Dean!" He laughed and gave us each a hug. I walked inside and sat at the dining table while Alex bolted to the bathroom again. Bobby gave Dean a worried look before following her.
"Sam do you think something's wrong with Alex?" Dean asked taking a seat next to me. I shook my head. Jessica never acted like that. "Maybe Bobby knows what's up." He added. We both looked up as Bobby walked in with a shocked looking Alex. Dean stood up. "Alex you alright?"
Bobby sat her down and gave her a glass of water. "Boys." He started and sighed looking at the both of us. "I hope you know where to get a house. Because Alex is gonna have to retire for a couple of months." I looked at her and nodded understanding what he meant. I grabbed Alex's hand and gave it a firm squeeze. "Congrats Alex."
ALEX
I looked up at sam and nodded at his congrats. I couldn't believe it myself. I was pregnant. I had a fetus inside of me. I was stunned into silence. I looked over at Dean who still didn't get what bobby was trying to say. I put a hand under the table and rested it on my abdomen. It explains why I was late, Bloated, hungry, and puking.
"Dean..." Bobby said and stumbled for words.
Sam stood up and came over to me. He rested his hands on my shoulders. "Dean. I'm going to be something great in less than nine months. And you can raise something incredible." He squeezed my shoulders and I held onto his hand. "A child of your own."
Dean got it. He stared at me in disbelief. I suddenly wondered if he was mentally capable for caring for a kid of his own. He leaned forwards and put his hands onto his head. He then looked at me. "You positive?" He got up and walked over. "You sure there's a kid in there." I nodded.
He and I didn't know what to think. We couldn't be parents. We didn't have the funds for it. And Travelling all the time... How would it ever make friends? Go to school? Get a significant other? "Bobby.." I started and looked at him. "We can't raise a kid.. We don't have the money for it. A steady income, a place for it to grow up..." I suddenly got the realization. "One of us would have to stop..." I put a hand to my mouth. Dean put a hand on the table and sighed.
"The curse of a hunter mom." Bobby said. I nodded then shook my head. "Alex, you gotta keep it."
I shook my head again. "Can we just do what we came here to do? Have fun and swap stories and techniques.." The room fell silent. Everyone nodded.
Dinner was delicious considering that it was just macaroni and cheese. But I didn't care. It was food. After dinner everyone picked up a beer and started swapping stories and techniques. Everyone but me. I sat aside listening of course, but half-heartedly. My mind was elsewhere. That and I was probably the most sober one there.
DEAN
I glanced over at Alex while laughing at a story Bobby was telling and noticed she hadn't touched her coffee. I rested a hand on her knee and assured her everything was going to be okay. We would figure something out. I was going to make sure of it.
She looked at Bobby who had paused upon me talking. "Bobby has a woman hunter ever continued her work while pregnant and while the baby is still small?" She asked after a long moment of silence.
"Well, yeah. Ellen did it. And she owns a bar. Or, owned. It burned down a couple years ago. Ellen and her daughter were the only ones that made it out." He nodded taking a swig of some beer that I couldn't place. "She hunted through her pregnancy and even while her youngest was still an Infant. You just gotta be careful." He added on and she nodded.
"Good to know. Then thats our plan. I'll keep hunting. Or Dean, if you prefer, I could live with bobby until the birth and then we could rent another place so we can return to it. You and Sam can do farther away jobs and I can do local ones." She looked directly at me and I nodded. "Then, once it's old enough we can take it with us. Teach it how to hunt."
"I say that's a good plan." Sam piped up. I could tell he cared for her deeply. Almost as much as I do. "I mean we can't leave you behind just because you're pregnant. You're family now." Alex smiled. We continued the night and soon Sam was passed out. Alex was close behind nodding off every ten minutes. I laid her down after about five times having her wake up with a huge gasp that scared the shit out of Bobby and I.
I sat back down in the dining room and shook my head. "I still can't believe it. Alex said she was infertile months ago."
"Maybe this is a miracle. Maybe god's giving the damned a second chance. Or maybe, he's giving her a chance at something she's never had. A family." Bobby said and then looked into the mouth hole of his beer. "Or maybe I'm just drunk."
ALEX (Months Later)
I walked down the stairs of Bobby's house and walked out to bessie. I started her up and took a morning drive. I went about as far as three gas stations before I stopped at one. It was a pretty run down shop. I had a knife in hand just in case anyone tried to attack me. Resting my hand on my stomach, I grabbed a gallon of milk and brought it up to the register. I stuck a little tape player under the counter and continued on. I payed for the milk, and left. I knew they were all demons, and they knew i was a hunter. But what they didn't know was that they were going back to hell. I had pressed the ten second timer on the play button and waited.
Soon enough there was black smoke filling the gas station as the exorcism was played on max volume. I smirked with my work and drove back to bobby's. At this point i was coming close to the end of my last term. I was due to pop any day now.
I was resting on the couch a few hours later before i felt the first contraction. "SHIT!" I yelled and held my stomach. "BOBBY!" I yelled knowing he had come home just a few moments ago. He came running down the stairs and took one look at me before grabbing blankets and getting me out the door and into the car.
We drove to the hospital and checked in. I was in so much pain that I didn't even notice Dean and Sam come in. They put in the epidural and then told me to start pushing. All I knew was I was getting that kid out and I was getting it out now.

I'll spare the details of the birth since a lot of people get queasy at it. :D
I was laying there smiling. The pain was gone and I could hear the crying of my child. I noticed Dean's hand holding mine and he smiled. The nurse walked over and said something I didn't get to Dean. He then looked at me. "It's a...."
