SCARLETT DESTINY WINCHESTER
I sighed and pulled at the chains on my legs again. Bobby had locked me up in case I was possessed again and Dad couldn't even look at me anymore. I hated myself and what I had done. I didn't even know if Mom was alive. I probably killed her. I curled up and thought and thought. I prayed for it all to go away, for mom to be alright, for dad to forgive me.
I wished for a dinjin's dream. I heard something click after a few moments of silence and lifted my head to see the door open and my shackles undone. Run said a voice in my head. Run and find me. I got up and bolted out of the house. Maybe I needed to leave after all. I ran past the single working car in Bobby's driveway and down towards the road. I kept going and never stopped.
I jumped into some bushes when I heard the Impala's roar. Probably Sam coming back to check on me. I was outside of town and could see the small hospital. I kept going and walked past it not even stopping to look inside. I got three miles outside of town when I heard the voice again.
Turn right into the forest. It said and I obeyed. I came to a grotto and saw Castiel standing in the center. I stepped into the circle and all of a sudden the sounds faded away and there was only silence. I looked around the grotto at the flowers lining the circle, the green grass, and each individual leaf of the maple, birch, and oak trees around us. "You came" He said finally as I approached him. "I heard your prayers and created this little gate for you."
"A gate what do you mean?" I asked.
"A gate to peacefulness, your own little heaven I guess." He turned around holding a bouquet of chrysanthemums. "Somewhere you could escape to if you need." he handed them to me pulling out a white one and putting it into my hair. "What you did should be unforgivable but I cant help but to forgive you, it wasn't your fault. You prayed the entire time you were in there and I tried to help."
"Castiel..." I started.
"Hush. I'm not done yet. I want you to go and walk towards the lake, there's a cabin there. I'll be back i have to take care of your mother first, like you asked." He smiled and before I knew it he was gone. I walked towards what I thought was the glimmer of light in the trees. I walked and soon enough I came across a lake. And right next to it was a beautiful log cabin. Like one of the ones that was in Castiel's dreams he made for me every once in a while. I walked inside and put the flowers into a vase before they died. I filled it with water and set them on the island in the kitchen. I walked around the house with a smile.
When I came to my bedroom I couldn't help but put a huge smile on my face. It was a tall ceiling but the one window was entirely glass with the bed facing it. The bed itself was four post and had a canopy over top like it was a royal's bed. I smiled and felt the sheets, pure silk and a beautiful black color. I looked around and saw all the beauty in this little gate Cas made for me.
Hang on Princess Dean's freaking out. I'll be back soon. Cas's words rang all around me and I smiled.
"Take your time" I say and smile wondering what was going on. I walked over to a huge mirror and focused. Soon enough a window to the outside world was before me, through Cas's eyes. He was looking at my dad who was standing next to mom.
"She feels bad about it you know. Praying for me to save her, to save Alex, for you to forgive her..." Cas says after a moment of silence.
"I know. But I just cant believe she let herself get possessed even with the tattoo now." Dad says holding Alex's hand. I looked at my shoulder to find out that the tattoo was never even completed in the first place. I thought about it and the tattoo lady who did it.
