"You can leave" Mr. Giggles told the class
"Finally" I said to Emerald as grabbed my books
"I know, I hate this class" She sighed
"What are you going to do after school?" I asked her
"Book Club" Emerald said
"I entered volleyball, well my mom made me enter. Though I secretly entered Archery "
"Paulette also goes to archery after school school" Emerald continued as we walked out of the classroom
"Only Paulette?" I asked her
"Well...." Emerald said dramatically as we walked to the lockers
"Tell me" I insisted
"Kevin is also in archery" She smiled at me
"Oh" Does EVERYONE know who I have a crush on?
"So.. will you come with me to my first archery lesson?" I asked her eager to change the subject
"Sorry, I have book club at 3" Emerald told me I stayed silent as we headed back to our room. Am I that obvious? Hopefully she is the only one that knows I like Kevin.
