A New Friendship

Chapter 1: Timmy Turner

     "Waaaa!" Cassi screamed.
     "Wanda, what's Cassi crying about now?" I asked complainingly.
     "I don't know, sport," said Wanda rushing to take care of her newborn baby.
     "Timmy," said Poof.
     Oh yeah, and Poof can talk now.
     "Yes, Poof," I said.
     "Will Cassi ever stop crying so much?"
     "She will when she's older."
     "Okay." Wanda popped out of the fishbowl with crying Cassi in her arms.
     "Cassi," Poof said flying over to his sister.
     She laughed and reached for her brother.
     "Poof," she said.
     "Mommy, she said my name!" Poof exclaimed.
     "I know, sweetheart." Poof hugged his baby sister.
     She instantly clung on to him. I laughed.
     "Timmy, we've got a surprise for you!" called my dad.
     "Come on," I said to my fairies.
     "Timmy, we can't. The baby," said Wanda sitting Poof down and setting Cassi on Poof's lap.
     "Wanda! Guess what!?" Cosmo screamed.
     "What?" asked Wanda.
     "I don't know, I just wanted to scream guess what!"
     "I'll be back," I said leaving them in my room.
     I ran down the stairs.

     "Hi, son! We've got great news for you!" exclaimed my dad, "My college roommate Jack Fenton is coming to visit, and his son Danny is going to be spending a couple of nights here so you won't be lonely."
     "What?! But dad!"
     "No buts, Timmy, you need more friends. If you don't get more friendly with people, you'll become anti-social for the rest of your life."
     "But I'm not anti-social."
     "Yes you are, Timmy," said my mom, "and what your father says, goes."
     Aww man! I walked up to my room to see Poof holding a sleeping Cassi, Sparky licking water out of the fishbowl, Cosmo was floating around in a circle, and Wanda was just floating watching it all.
     "So, what's the new news, Timmy?" asked Cosmo.
     "I...I, uh, well," I hesitated.
     "Sweetie, what is it?" asked Wanda.
     "My dad's college roommate Mr. Fenton is visiting and his son, Danny, is going to be staying here for a couple of nights," I said.
     "So? What's the big deal?" asked Poof.
     "The big deal is...until Danny's gone, I won't be able to talk to you guys or make any wishes."
     "Why not?"
     "Because I can't tell anyone about you guys."
     "Why do you have to keep us a secret?"
     "Do you know about Da Rules yet?"
     "No?"
     "You'll learn more about this later, but what am I going to do guys?! I can't last a couple of days without you."
     "Timmy, I'm sure it won't be that bad. Maybe you'll like Danny," said Wanda.
     "Yeah, but there's a huge chance I won't," I said slouching on my bed.
     "Aww, Timmy, cheer up," said Cosmo, "You can still see us in your room, if you don't give him access to explore in your room."
     "Yeah, but, we'll probably hang out all the time."
     "Well, he's gotta give you privacy sometime," said Wanda.
     "You're right, but it won't be that often."
     "But look on the bright side, Timmy," said Sparky, "you can always see me!"
     "Yeah, I guess so." I laid on my bed waiting for Danny to arrive.
