"Take that, Skulker!" I exclaimed as I pulled out the Fenton Thermos.

"Noooo!!" Skulker screamed in defeat as he was sucked into the thermos.

"That was almost too easy," said Sam.

"Yeah, too easy," I said looking around, "For some reason, I feel like something bad's going to happen."

"Don't worry about it, Danny," said Tucker, "You're probably just being paranoid."

     "No, I'm serious this time."

"Danny! Good news!" called my dad.

     "Oh boy."

Everyone knew that if my dad had good news, it wouldn't be so good. We ran out of the basement and up to the living room.

     "Yes, dad?" I asked.

"Remember my college roommate I told you about?"

     "Mr. Vlad?"

     "No, the other one."

"Yeah, the one with the unknown name."

"Yeah, well, we were talking on the phone and he has an anti-social son named Timmy. We've decided to let you stay over for a couple weeks."

"What!? But I can't do that! I have to protect Amity Park, you know that!"

"Yes, we've got it covered. And I'm sure you'll have a good time."

I sighed in defeat, I knew there was no way around this.

"Okay, dad, I'll go get my things."

"No need, we already packed for you," said mom and Jazz.

"And here is your plane ticket," said dad handing me the ticket.

     "Wait, I'm going alone!?"

     "Yup. I get airsick."

"I don't trust planes," said mom.

"And I can't stand those annoying kids behind me kicking my chair," said Jazz, "Every. Single. Time!"

"Well I could've flown there if I had known. So, where is he?"

     "Dimmsdale, California," said dad.

"Alright, well, I might as well get going. Where are my bags?" I asked.

"They're in your room," said mom.

"Okay, I'll be back before you know it."

I hugged everyone, then grabbed my bags and flew off into the distance.
