Kian's P.O.V.
We're still all at home doing nothing. Aimlessly driving around is not going to work either. Connor is gone. I don't know how he fixed it as he's pretty known and looked for by everyone, but somehow he managed. It's quite impressive, though I don't know if I should be proud of him for being so smart right now. We're all still sitting in our same spots. Food and drinks are out of reach. Our phones close in case they call. It doesn't matter whoever is called first. Everyone has their phone close and ready to answer if it rings.

After waiting for so long, the doorbell rings. Ricky and I are the only ones responding. I guess no one would think Connor would just casually come home to ring the doorbell. I'm really not feeling up for conversations, so Ricky sighs and gets up to go answer the door. "Come on in. What's up?" I hear him ask whoever is in front of the door. I look up when they enter the living room. Hayes, Nash and Cameron. "Hey." I greet them and they greet me back, except for Hayes. I see him pull down his sweater sleeves even more and he looks down to the ground. I thought we passed the shy stage. "So, what's up?" Jc asks them. I guess he wants to know why they are here. They obviously have something to tell, as they keep standing there looking around the room.

"Well, we heard about Connor." Nash told us. My frown sets in once again. I guess everyone's did as they keep changing their glances from person to person. "Yeah, Hayes knows something about where he went." Cameron finishing his sentence. "We are just gonna wait outside." Nash tells us softly and gets out with Cameron.

We all look at Hayes expectantly. He lets out a whimper and Tyler turns into protective. He went over and gave Hayes a hug. He kept his arm around Hayes as he started to talk. It was softly and aimed towards the ground, but he finally started talking. "He came to my hotel," He started. Everyone can tell how nervous the poor guy is. "He-he called me a-and asked for-for m-money and s-so I brought i-it down to him." The guy stutters out. I guess he thinks we're mad at him. I don't think anyone is. I think they are all just glad that we have at least some information about him. Whether it is helpful or not.

Tyler softly urged him to go on. "When I went downstairs, he was waiting, so I gave him money, four hundred dollars. Then he told me that he was running away. He asked me to come with him. I-I would probably would have said yes, but then he decided I wouldn't have time to pack a bag and escape the boys again, so we decided that I wouldn't go. So then we said goodbye." He told us. I guess I'm a little disappointed he didn't went. At least we would have been with the Magcon guys knowing they have each other. I know that is wrong to think, but I guess I would be less worried, knowing someone we know was with him. We know nothing. He is alone. He could be long gone, or somewhere dead in a gutter. The options are uncountable.

I thought that was it, but Hayes started talking again. "I was worried, though. So after I went inside, I waited by the lobby until he started to walk away. Then I came back out. I just wanted to make sure he stayed safe. I followed him all the way to a store, a rental car. It was called Mike's 24/7 Cars, or something. He rented a car, some Fiat I think." We all looked at him. He did a good job. At least we know something useful. I am very thankful about him doing this for us. He could have just let it go, but he did and I am really glad he did.

"I'm sorry, it's all my fault. I should have stopped him, but instead I helped him get away. I could have stopped him when I followed him, but instead I just watched him leave." He was about to burst into tears. No one spoke. Tyler turned the arm around him back into a complete hug to comfort him. "Hayes." I whispered. "I'm sorry." He whispered back and suddenly broke out of Tyler's hold and ran out the door.

We all sat there emotionlessly and I was the only one to follow him out. Before I ran out the door though, I called out to the others to check out that rental car thingy and call the cops to put them on it as well. As normal citizen, they would probably refuse to tell us anything about Connor.
