•Jin's pov•

Yerin is so cute. I'm taking her to my favorite restaurant in the area. They have the best noodles and udon. "Chicken udon! That's what I'm ordering.", she said excitedly. "But they have mushroom udon. It's the best.", I pouted. "I'll try it if you order it.", she flashed me a big smile. "Okay. But I won't give it to you if you end up wanting it instead.", I chuckled. "I can always ask for another bowl.", she shrugged. I choked on my gum and she started laughing hysterically. "Don't laugh. It's not funny." I started blushing. So embarrassing. "You're flustered how cute.". she smiled widely. "You're the cute one." She stopped walking and looked at me as if she were  judging me. "Dude. I'm not cute." I didn't respond and simply returned to walking.

It took us longer to get to our destination. Yerin wanted to take in the view and went inside every little shop that interested her. My stomach was begging for food but she was so happy and enjoying herself. I didn't dare bother her. Then I heard it. Growl. "Oh! Was that me?", she patted her stomach. "I'm not that hungry though." I slowly raised my hand. "That would've been me." She turned to look at me. "Jin! You should've just said you were hungry!", she pouted. "I'm sorry! I just... you were enjoying taking your time so I didn't want to rush you.", I looked away. "I appreciate it, Jin. But if you have something to say, you need to say it."

That sent shivers down my spine. I have a lot to tell her, indeed. But I just can't do it. I'm scared that she'll find me weird, and leave me. I'm not a maniac. I'm just lonely and in need of love. "Jin! Watch out!" Yerin screamed and pulled my arm. We were really close to the road. Facing it. Was I heading towards it? It seems I was. Yerin was hugging me so hard. Her hands were shaking. Actually, her entire body was trembling. Her eyes were wide and staring into mine. She then spoke. "What were you thinking? You could've hurt yourself!", she shouted. I just stood there without saying a word. "Gosh! Jin, you scared me to death!" Tears started streaming down her face. She pulled away and started sobbing. "Why would you do that?", she shouted. People were staring. I was just confused.  Then I felt something hot pouring over me. "Don't be a dick! A girl shouldn't be treated like that, you asshole!" Some random girl said and threw her cup at me, hitting my face. "What just happened?" I was really, really confused. She was staring at me in shock. Her face was beat red and she kept crying. "Hey! I'm talking to you." I waved my hand in front of her face. "Oh my god! I'm so sorry Jin! She misunderstood everything! You almost hurt yourself and because I was so shocked I started crying and screaming and sh-" I covered her mouth with my hand and her eyes widened. "Listen! I'm fine! And glad you're worried. Thank you for saving me. Now calm down. Let me go home to get changed.", I sughed. "Is it far? Aren't you hungry?", she looked at me worried. "No, it isn't. And we can just eat some of those while we head there." I pointed to a hot dog stand a few feet away. She nodded. "Okay! Let's go then."
