I stared at him for a while until he waved to bring me back to reality. "Hi! It's you, Yerin, right?" I nodded. "I'm sorry I was just shocked to see you here all of a sudden, Nam Doo.", I smiled. "How have you been?", he asked. I looked at him and frowned. "Not that well, but it's a fase.", I sighed. He nodded and told me to sit at a table. I did as he told me and waited for him. He then came to the table with two large cups of coffee. "Here you go.", he said as he sat down. I picked the cup and drank a bit. I did right in coming into the shop. For two reasons: the coffee was excellent; and I saw a long time friend and ex-boyfriend after a long time. "So, what's wrong?", he frowned. "I'm not sure either, in all honesty. My friend and I are going through a misunderstanding... or at least I hope it is.", I bit my lip. Nam Doo took my hand and squeezed it. "I'm sure whatever happened wasn't supposed to happen. And I hope you both come to an understanding.", he smiled.

I was really grateful to have Nam Doo in my life. We haven't spoken since I left the U.S. and now he's back home and we met again. "Anyway, why didn't you tell me you were back?", I pouted. Nam Doo looked at me and chuckled. "I was busy and didn't want to bother you. And I kinda wanted to surprise you.", he explained. "Even so, you spent a long time without texting me or anything... I started thinking you hated me.", I looked down. "I'd never hate you, Yerin.", he smiled.
Nam Doo and I spent a lot of time talking until he had to go back. It really was nice to see him again. It put a smile on my face. And the coffee really felt good.

As I walked around, I spotted an anime store and of course I had to go in. Only to come out with a bag full of anime stuff. I didn't struggle going back to my dorm, though. I splattered everything on my bed and organized them on my shelves. I'm glad it's only me in the room. And I'm glad boys aren't aloud. I wouldn't want anyone to see my collection of yaoi manga. Thinking about that made me want to read, so I started reading for my literature class.
