jihoon hurled his bagpack onto his bed then inviting himself to his study and turning on the laptop on his table.
neurosurgery notes were scattered everywhere on the ground as the walls was also plastered with the human brain drawings.
his phone hummed a soft buzz, while jihoon was scribbling his project brief into his notebook.
"lee jihoon speaking," the male picked up without his eyes leaving the laptop screen.
"we've been paired up together for the science project, what shall we do?" soonyoung's annoying voice filled jihoon's eardrums while the younger sighed in irritation.
"can we do the report on basorexia? i really want to try that out, besides the typical neurology you know?" soonyoung practically just voiced out what jihoon had in mind.
"sure, why not?"

'basorexia - strong craving for kissing.' jihoon typed down on a fresh word document while soonyoung thumbed through the pages of a neurology book in the school's library.
"how did you even know about this condition, soonyoung?" jihoon asked, being shushed by the old noisy librarian after.
"read it up before in this book," the male replied in a hushed voice. hearing the reply, jihoon nodded slowly and leant in closer to look at what soonyoung was flipping through.
soonyoung's breath hitched as he continued to mindlessly turn the pages until jihoon grabbed his hand. the elder gulped and moved his gaze from the book towards the male who was focused at what was written in the book.
"basorexia." jihoon stated, oblivious to the continuous stare from soonyoung.
"summarize the words for me, won't you soonyoung?" jihoon went back to typing on his laptop, startling soonyoung from his jihoon phase.
"a-alright then."
