After work, Leah decided to take a small walk through the park near her workplace. It had been an eventful day at the insurance agency she was working for. After all these days, she hadn't been able to hide her pregnancy anymore since she had to run to the toilet two times today because of the sickness that had overcome her.

Of course her female colleagues weren't stupid and assumed that there was something going on. So they had asked Leah and she had burst out that they were right, that she was expecting a baby. All her colleagues – female and male ones and even her boss – had been excited and happy for her and Leah have had a quite hard time to concentrate on her work since everyone came over to congratulate her.

Now she felt a little bit exhausted and thought that fresh air would make her feel better again. While Leah was strolling through the park she passed one of the several playgrounds here and caught herself stopping at it to watch the children and their mothers there.

One of her hands creeped to her stomach and rested there. Soon she'd be here as well with her baby girl or baby boy. A smile formed on Leah's lips at that thought. She couldn't wait for her baby to be born and got all excited from the thought of being a mother. She wasn't sure that she'd be a good one. But she knew Spencer would be the best dad in the world, without a doubt.

Suddenly she felt the urge to see Spencer. She didn't think the team had a case in some other state – Spencer would have called her. So Leah left the park some minutes later and went to the next bus station to drive to the bureau of the BAU to surprise her boyfriend there.

When Leah stepped into the BAU office, her eyes searched for Spencer. There were a lot of people in there, most of them were scurrying around.

"Leah!"

When she heard her name Leah spun around just to see Penelope, dressed in a pink skirt and white shirt, with huge ear rings and pink glasses, hurrying towards her, a beaming smile on the face. "Congratulations, my dear! I'm so excited for you and Spencer!", she burst out while she gave Leah a long hug.

Leah hesitantly hugged Penelope back. What was going on? She pulled away soon and frowned at the blonde technical analyst. "Uhm...What's the matter?", she asked and Penelope's eyes widened.

"Oh, Spencer told us that you guys are expecting a baby!"

"Ah, I see. Spencer couldn't shut his mouth", Leah laughed and put a strand of hair behind her ear. She looked around to find Spencer, but couldn't see him anywhere.

Penelope chuckled. "To be fair, I guess Derek has literally forced him to tell what was going on. He can be really annoying when it comes to things like that", she explained. "Come on, Spencer's just over there." Penelope grabbed Leah's hand and dragged her towards the room that was always used for briefing.

"Hey babe! What...what are you doing here?" Spencer couldn't hide that he was surprised to see his girlfriend here. He stood up from his chair and put the pen he was holding back on the desk.

Leah smiled and stepped towards him. "I'm done with work and...I thought I could just come over and see how you're doing", she said and stood up to her tiptoes to kiss Spencer. He wrapped his arms around her and she buried her face in his neck. "To be honest, I missed you", she whispered at his skin and could feel and hear him chuckle.

"So, that's the reason you showed up", he smirked as he pulled her away carefully so he could look at her beautiful face. He shortly stroked her cheek with his thumb. "How are you feeling?"

"I'm doing fine and so does the baby", Leah assured him.

"Good. That's good." Spencer's hand wandered to her belly and rested there. They looked at each other and for a moment Spencer and Leah forgot where they were. It was just the two of them and the unborn baby that still too small to show on Leah's body.

"Hey there! Congrats, Leah!" Derek interrupted that precious moment between them as he stepped in, his arms wide open and a huge smile on his face.

"Hey, Derek", Leah smiled and let him hug her tight. She groaned when Derek's embrace got too tight.

"Morgan, you're crushing her to death!", Spencer examined and rushed over to help his girlfriend.

"Oh, shit I'm sorry." Derek immediately let go of Leah who gave him a little smile.

"It's okay, I'm still alive."

"Yeah, but he doesn't know when to stop", Spencer murmured as he wrapped an arm around Leah's waist. He fiercely looked at his best friend and colleague. Derek lifted both his arms and shrugged.

"Come on, I didn't mean to, pretty boy. I'm just happy for you both."

Before Derek or Spencer could say anything else, Hotch entered the room, followed by the rest of the team who was surprised to see Leah here. But they all wouldn't want to miss to congratulate her on the pregnancy.

"Okay, I guess we're done for today. As long as there's no new case, you've got the next two days off", Hotch explained and Leah couldn't hide a smile. She loved it when Spencer got some time off. He never took any holidays – well, he did, but that happened extremely rarely.

"That's good, because I'm starving. Would you like to join me with having dinner somewhere?", Leah asked her boyfriend and looked up to him, a lovely smile on her lips.

Spencer chuckled. "How could I say no to that? What do you want? Chinese? Or Italian food? Or some burgers?" He wrapped an arm around Leah's waist and laughing the couple left the office some minutes later.

Penelope watched them leaving, trying to hold back a sigh. But she wasn't successful. "Hey baby girl, what's the matter?" Derek had stepped closer and examined her curiously.

"Oh, nothing", Penelope quietly said and turned around to face the tall, dark man, "I'm just...really happy for Spencer and Leah. Did you ever see him that happy?" Penelope looked up to her best friend. Derek shook his head.

"I can't remember. Well, he has been happier than usual since he's with Leah. But now...I never thought we'd ever see him that happy. They're going to be amazing parents." He smiled. Penelope just nodded at his words.
