Naruto: Kakashi sensei...
Kakashi: what's with that face? Like you're troubled?
Naruto: yuuchi is refusing her missions.
Kakashi: that's unusual.
Naruto: she keeps saying she needs a break. I think something has happened to her.
Kakashi: I see.
Naruto: that girl she asked us to keep, she died. She was killed by probably the shira clan people.
Kakashi: I see.

Kakashi pov:
There she was walking around the streets ... almost as if aimlessly. Sake bar? I've never seen her enter one or drink any.
I enter the sake bar after her. I seat beside her " don't remember you drink."
Yuuchi: ... Kakashi... huh... just thought maybe... drinking works like they say.
Kakashi: I heard what happened.
She shakes her sake bottle " just like me... except she was abandoned. She had nothing on her... she was an empty puppet raised for killing. "
Kakashi: you're not.
Yuuchi: but she knew what she wanted unlike me. I thought I could give it to her. What she wanted...
Kakashi: you couldn't have done anything.
Yuuchi: I could have!! I could have!!!
She starts to cry and laugh a little" stupid missions... " she leaves her seat and walks out of the sake bar.

.
She walks to the training centre and I follow behind her. She takes out a few kunais and stands firm throwing it towards the target board . It hits exactly in the middle four times. She screams " Aaaaahhhh !!!! "
Kakashi: it's ok to cry.
I hug her from the back " it's ok." She turns around and buries her face into my chest and cries even harder.
Yuuchi: can I ever be human? She didn't deserve to die... she didn't deserve to be abandoned!!
I cup her head and kisses her forehead " you won't be. I'm here for you."
She looks up to me with her teary eyes while holding back her tears " you can't protect me... forever... " She squeezes my shirt and looks down crying even harder " I'll be abandoned... one day... just like how papa and mama did... "
I cup her cheeks and force her gaze to me " then... die. Die with me. "
What did I just say... die...
She smiles " you'll let me do something like that?"
Kakashi: it makes you suffer isn't it ? Then if dying makes you happier... I will allow it.
She hugs me " arigato!!!"
