((I'm continuing this story again. You're welcome.))

After their little proposal, the pair went to Nicks apartment to cool down. Nick explained everything in detail about Agent Smith. How Jack had beaten and assaulted her, and after he noticed the grey bunny getting emotional, he forced himself to stop talking.
He glanced up at Judy's watery eyes and opened his mouth to speak;
"Would you like to watch a movie, bun?" He asked softly with a frown.
Judy placed her hand over her mouth to try and silent her crying before giving a staggered shrug. But she nodded anyway.
"I'm sorry...." Judy said in a muffled voice as her tears rushed down her grey fur, staining it.
Nicks stomach felt as if he was going to throw up. He just felt so bad. He would never really understand how his partner felt.
She was so innocent. Then, well, then she met Jack. But the one difference that Jack did to do Judy that he hadn't done to Agent Smith, was that Jack had beaten Judy down mentally more than physically. And as the minutes went by, it seemed to only be getting worse. Nick could see it on Judy's face, that even at the mention of this male bunny, she was completely victimized. And he hated it. There was no doubt in his mind he blamed himself for not stopping Judy from going on her date with Jack. But now he feared she'd never go on a date with HIM ever again.

"It....it's okay, Judy.....we don't have to watch a movie." Nick said softly as he shut agent smiths folder and approached his friend.
"I...I...I want too....." Judy took her hand away from her mouth before taking a deep, staggered breath. "I want too....." She repeated.

After a few minutes of conversation. If you could call it that. Judy picked to watch wrangled. And she knew almost every word to the animated films songs, and some of the dialogue. So that distracted her a bit from Jack.
Near the end of the movie, during the lantern scene, Nick spoke;
"Ya know, Judith, I always think you're just as be—" before he could finish, a wheezing noise was heard out of Judy's mouth as she sat up from their cuddle and held both her hands over her mouth. Tears rushing down her cheeks.
Jack would only speak to her by her full name. But she didn't expect Nick to know that. Although Jack only had her captive for one night, and he had agent smith for days on end. Judy had the feeling of being useless and weak when she was tied down. A feeling she always despised. Even from a little girl.
"Judy what the he—" Nick stopped himself from talking as Judy wheezed again between her crying. And Nick didn't hesitate to quickly sit up, and get off of the couch, and run towards the bathroom. About ten second later. He was back in front of his fiancé.
Holding the bucket up to her. Incase she were to throw up.
"Judy are you o–Oh there it is." Nick said with a pale face as the bunny shoved her face into the bucket, and a retching noise could be heard as she vomited.
This situation continued on repeat until Judy went into the bathroom to clean herself up. And Nick disposed of the bucket, and washed himself off as well.

Judy stayed with Nick for about a week, because that was when Jacks court trial was. And Judy was finally going to meet Agent Scarlet Smith. Judy already had a slight disliking for the other bunny. Being that Nick gave her so much good praise. She found it quite odd.

When they entered the court room, the blonde, blue eyed bunny quickly caught Judy's eye. And from Nicks description of the girl, there was no doubt, that was her.
Judy cringed at the sight of this bunny being a blonde. Judy always wished she was blonde. Her mother was tan, and her father was grey, so some of her siblings were blonde. And if drove Judy insane with jealousy. And this bunny's eyes were a piercing bright blue. And she was a 'full' figured woman. At least what Judy thought. Judy always thought, especially now after Jack, of her body shape as that of a small child's. Not having anything to flaunt at all.

When Judy saw Scarlet, Scarlet saw Judy, and Judy forced herself to smile as the other bunny approached her.
"Officer Wilde." Scarlet nodded up towards Nick before looking down slightly at Judy. This other bunny wasn't even wearing heels and she was taller than Judy. Which only made Judy more self conscious.
"Officer Hopps. I'm Agent Scarlet Smith." Scarlet held out her hand towards Judy.
Judy didn't even hesitate to shake her hand.
"Agent Smith. I'm Officer Ju–Wait. You know that." Judy said with a slightly red face from embarrassment as she pulled her hand away from the other bunny's.
Scarlet didn't seem to mind, she smiled slightly at the shorter bunny. "The best of luck. To both of us." She said softly, distress in her voice, and pain in her eyes.
Judy's ears flattened but she nodded in agreement.
Nicks ears perked up a bit as he took a good look at the two. He swore he was seeing double. Just different colors. Judy looked so much like Scarlet. Or did Scarlet look like Judy? He couldn't decide yet. But if that was the case, that might've been why Jack decided to assault Judy after he assaulted Scarlet.

Once the trial began, both girls were at their table, while Jack was at the other. Nick was not in the jury, thankfully.
But the trial went on for what felt like forever to Nick. He cared about Judy, and he wanted Jack behind bars. But he found all of this painstakingly boring for him.

"Jackson has government connections." Scarlet said quietly to Judy, as they were on recess.
"What does that have to do with anything? He's still guilty." Judy said softly.
"It means. He has government connections." Scarlet said through her teeth as her eyes filled with tears.
Judy had opened her mouth to speak, but got cut off by Scarlet turning her chair back forward to face the judge.
Judy felt her heart race pick up speed from fear. What did she mean? Judy felt her anxiety build as she turned her chair back froward, next to Scarlets.
And finally, after eight hours of being in court, Jackson Savage was proven to be innocent.
Both Judy, Scarlet, and Nick shot up and out of their seats at the sudden words.
Judy's large violet eyes filled angry tears, as so did Agent Smiths. But smith knew not to fight against the law.......again.
Both girls turned their heads to Jacks table in irritation. And the cocky striped bunny couldn't of had a bigger smirk on his face as he looked over at both frustrated girls. He easily sent a wink both their ways before he stood.
Both girls stayed and argued in the courtroom until they were kicked out of it. Nick kindly offered to drive Scarlet 'home'. So she accepted. When the three reached Scarlets hotel room number, Scarlet opened her door and turned backed to the two without saying a word. But her emotions were clear. She nodded up at Nick and Judy before going inside and shutting her door silently.

When the door was shut, Judy turned to Nick and held up her short arms.
Her ears flattened and her eyes filled with tears.
Nick hesitated at first but then picked Judy up the way he'd pick up a small child. In a hug.

As Judy sobbed while they walked down the hallway, Nicks nervousness built up. Judy WAS acting like a child would while they were upset. And this scared him. He really did fear Jack had messed up his friends mental capability. And in the back of his mind, he wasn't going to marry a child.
