When he tells you to stop doing something, do it. Don't bother to argue with him because there's no use to it. Don't ask him why, don't tell him no. Just say okay and go on with what you're doing.
When he asks you for an explanation of something you better have an answer ready because he is impatient and will not wait. You will notice him raise his voice slightly every time he asks what you mean? Honey, please be prepared, for you can not handle him raising his voice without your eyes getting watery.
When he wants your phone and the password just give it to him and don't argue. He will assume the worst and you cannot have that. Even though he always finds something he doesn't like and always makes something your fault and reads it out of context. Don't take your phone from him because then the questions will come, "what are you hiding?" "Who are you talking to?" Even if you know you did nothing wrong it will feel as if you did something wrong.
When he wants to know how you're feeling lie. Tell him you feel good and happy because of you tell him you're unhappy and sad, he'll seem upset that you're upset with him and he will raise his voice to you. Don't risk it and lie to him, please just lie to him darling because you will run to your room and put your head in the pillow and cry. Cry because he does not understand you and makes you feel worse than you already felt.
Just listen and everything will be okay.
