I woke up to the smell of bacon and eggs cooking. I sniffed the air not bothering to open my eyes, it was probably just a beautiful dream."Addy wake up you lazy bum!" Cami shouts at me as she shakes me around like a rag doll. "Leave me alone" I groaned. She could be so annoying. "It's time to get ready for schooool" she sang to me which just made me more agitated.
"I don't wanna go to school mommy" I whined turning away from her trying to pretend like I went back to sleep.
"You have to go! Then we'll go to the diner and get you that job we talked about so that we can be roomies!" she squealed which made me smile a bit.It was nice to have people who wanted you around.
I finally dragged myself out of the bed and stumbled over to the kitchen gobbling up most of the breakfast Cami had prepared for us.
"Hey you thief! Save some for me" she pouted.

I left my hair down in its natural curly state and did a winged eyeliner along with my foundation routine. I threw on a black and white Disney Cinderella tank top and black shorts. I put in some stud earrings to top it all off and I thought I looked pretty good."Mhmm your trying to impress a boy I see" Cami said slyly raising an eyebrow and I quickly shook my head.
"Nope! Uh, is this too much? Is it the earrings because I can take them ou-" I was cut off by a hand being placed over my mouth. "Will you be quiet? You look great now let's go" she said and all I could do was mumble a simple 'okay' that wasn't even audible.
She drove us to school in her old powder blue mustang. "So how do you like Patricia?" Cami said smiling proudly at the rode. "Who's Patricia?" I asked completely confused.
"My car, duh!" she said sighing at my slowness. She did not just admit to giving her car a name. "Oh okay she's uh, pretty" I smiled awkwardly and she laughed.
When we pulled up at school eyes were immediately drawn towards us.
"Why is everyone staring at us?" Cami frantically whispered to me as we walked towards the doors of the school. "They're not use to me hanging around with anyone, I'm kind of the Lone Wolf around here" I laughed dryly at the last part but she didn't seem to notice as she awkwardly looked around at the students..or should I say audience around us.
"oh okay" she mumbled in a daze still looking around, she must've never been popular before. Amateur.
"Hey guys!" Justin said appearing out of no where scaring the hee-haw out of Cami and I.
"Why would you do that!?" I screeched hitting him in the shoulder.
"Ow! What was that for!?" he said angrily rubbing his shoulder."Because you were being a jerk, duh" Cami said shrugging calmly. I like this girl. "Whatever" Justin mumbled grumpily.
"So Addy you have to come to my party, you can come too Justin" she smiled. "I don't like people Cami" I said shaking my head.
"Oh come on Addy!" Justin pleaded "Go without me then" I said looking at him and his face fell into a frown.
"I want to go with you though, pwetty pwease?" he said giving me the puppy dog eyes and Cami did the same. "Ugh fine, but I won't like it" I sighed in defeat."YAY" They both squealed, ugh.

After school Cami and I walked over to her car. We were going to the diner today to see about me getting a job.
"So do you think that your parents will let you get imancipated?" Cami asked as she drove down the road.
"Well seeing as my mom basically said that she didn't even want me to be born I'm pretty sure that she won't mind me being out of her house." I said.
