Chapter Twelve

Stephanie "Bi" Vincent Santiago

6:30 am

I was at Alex's house and I had woken up from what we just did hours ago. It's crazy that I'm even sleeping with him again and I don't want too. Alex ruined my past and I don't want him to ruin my future  either. Especially now that it's senior year and everybody wants to enjoy the last couple of months while we still can.

I carefully slipped out of the bed and started putting on my clothes. I went into the bathroom and looked at my face in the mirror. I laughed to myself because there was a hickey on my neck. I combed my hair and put it in a ponytail. I heard Alex groan and stood still for a quick second. Then I put on my shoes and started creeping across the room. 

"If you wanted to leave; you could've just said so." I heard someone say. "What?" I questioned turning around. "If you want to leave just leave." Alex said. "How the fuck are you still awake?" I asked. "I was awake until an hour ago. Then i fell asleep but I felt you getting out of bed." Alex said. "Oh ok. Well I'll see you at school." I said about to leave the room.

Before I left, I felt Alex's hand on my arm. I turned around and Alex was so close to my face. Alex licked his lips and softly pressed his lips against mine. He pulled away and went back into his bed. I turned around and headed out the door. I went downstairs and cried on the front porch.

I started walking to Chyna's house because I needed some friend advice right now. I was a block away from her house and I just couldn't stop crying ang crying. Then I took my phone out and texted her letting her know that I was on my way.

I was sleeping until I heard a beep on my phone. I checked the time and it was almost 7 am. I slide my phone on and it was a text from Stephanie.

On my way 2 ur house rite now, need 2 talk!--Stephanie 6:55 am

I shook my head and laid my head back. I shut off my phone and slowly got out of bed. I put on my hoodie and converse sneakers. I went downstairs quietly and headed outside to wait for Stephanie to show up. I yawned and when I did; Stephanie showed up and sat next to me on the porch.

"So what happened?" I asked. "I slept with Alex again." Stephanie said. "What?" I questioned. "I know; but I can't get him out of my head." Stephanie said. "Please don't tell me that you are falling for him again." I said. "I don't know. It seems like once I hate him I tend to fall for him even more." Stephanie said. "What are you going to do?" I asked. "That's the thing I don't fucking know!" Stephanie said starting to cry and leaning on my shoulder.

"This is what you are going to do. You are going to stay away from Alex." I said. "What?" Stephanie questioned. "I can't do that he's everywhere." "Well at least avoid eye contact with him at all times because that's his way of seducing girls. I never knew how much of a ass hole Alex really is." I said. "I know." Stephanie said. "So will you avoid eye contact with him and stay away from him?" I asked. "Of course." Stephanie said.

"Are you sure?" I asked. "Yes. I'm sure. I'm tired of all this shit that Alex has caused you and I." Stephanie said. "Especially you." I said. "Yea especially me." Stephanie said laughing. 

Stephanie and I had our moment and just stayed on the ice cold porch and just talked for hours. I checked the time on Stephanie's phone and it was 8:15. I yawned again and looked at Stephanie.

"You wanna get some coffee?" I asked. "Sure why not?" Stephanie said. "Aight let's go." I said.

Stephanie and I got off the porch and got into my car. We drove to the nearest cafe and got us coffee. I was so tired that no coffee could solve the way of how tired or the revenge that I have built up inside of me. First it's Nixie and now it's Alex hurting my best friend's heart. This shit is unacceptable. Both of them will pay for the broken hearts and I will make sure of it.
