Everyone deserve healing in their life. Even if it's just a little one. You deserve it. Life can be tough, difficult, challenging, and just plain rough. When you're down, you feel like no one is there to pick you up. But I am here to tell you that someone will always be there to pick you up.

Have faith.
Never lose it.
Keep it deep down in your heart.
Even when the darkness of your own thoughts surround you and swallow you whole, fight back and say,

"I am strong. I can do this."

No matter what. Keep that faith and life will have a easy path for you in the future.
