Love Grows Fonder With Time

After School

The teacher let us go to our partners to have some time to work on our project. Reece immediately got out of his chair and walked over to me. When Reece came over to us he gave me a wink and he gave Jacob a hard glare. Then Jacob gave back the same glare to Reece. This was not gonna work out well... for all of us.

*Savannah clears her throat* "So guys, uh are we gonna start the project today or after school maybe." This was very awkward.

"Actually you and I have to go somewhere after school" said Jacob now ended his glare and looked towards me.

Reece snickers.
"You're hilarious if you think you're going anywhere near my girl, alone" Reece said
"Well then I must be a comedian because me and Savannah have plans, don't we Savannah" Jacob said

I opened my mouth to respond but was cut off by Reece.

"Sorry you must be mistaken because Savannah has plans with me" said Reece
"HELLO!" I said startling them "First of all I don't have plans with any of you and secondly we are not going to be arguing all day about who has plans with me because if y'all do, I will gladly do this project by myself and let you two get bad grades"

They both looked at me then looked at each other.

"Do y'all want that to happen" I said
They sighed
"No" they both said at once
"Good. Now it's last period and we have like 15 minutes left so let's try to do something productive."
"Alright lets do something "productive" Reece said with fake enthusiasm

Class dismissed and like usual I was going to ride home with Reece, but that wasn't the case today.

"Hey babe I have to pick up Jessey from the airport" Reece said
"Wait, he's here already?" I said
"Yea, I wouldn't suppose that you would want to come" he said
"Are you kidding, I rather shoot myself than see that prick, so... that's a no" I said
Reece laughed "Ok. Do you still want me to drop you off?" He asked
"Nah that's ok, I gotta take care of some business, you can go ahead" I said
"You sure?" He asked
"Yea I'm sure" I said then I give him a quick kiss on the lips but he keeps me close and gives me a deep kiss. He smiles.

"Cya later loser" he said
I laugh "Bye douche bag" yea we call each other names,don't judge us. I walk out the school and see a red Camero pull up in front of the school. The person rolls down the window, that person is... Jacob. (What is with these guys and they're Cameros😒)

"Hey you" Jacob said with a wink 😉. The only time Jacob winks at me is when he wants me to go somewhere with him. I roll my eyes and get in the car.

"Alright Jacob, where are we going," I ask
"What makes you think we're going somewhere," he asks
"Jacob Alexander Black, I knew you since we were in diapers, so I know for a fact that we're going somewhere, so answer my question please. And where's your cousin?" I say confidently
"My cousin went over her friends house and I can't tell you, it's a secret" he says
I give him a serious look and he smiles back at me, he hardly takes things seriously.
"Ok Jacob I'll play along, but I better not regret it," I say
He chuckles and bites his lip, "don't worry you won't,"
I give him a half smile and look outside the window. It took us about 10 minutes to get to where ever we are. We pull up in a driveway next to a nice house but I don't recognize the house. As we get out the car I ask him where we was.
"We're at my house," he said
I gave him a confused look.
"I moved in with my aunt." He said
"Wait why are you living with your aunt?" I ask him
"I'll tell you later" he said. He gave me a reassuring smile signaling to not worry. As we approach the door, a lot of people arguing, about what, I have no idea. Jacob opens the door to reveal...
