The candle light was making it difficult for randhir to read the pages clearly, or rather the person behind that candle light, whose aura, presence and feel was distracting the book worm inside him !!
Time and again his eyelashes were disobeying him and were getting his orbs fixed on the candle lit face of sanyukta.
She was looking ethereal!!!.
Randhir was hardly getting a grip on himself with sanyu along, his hormones as well as his reflexes were ditching him !!!
Randhir was lost in a daze when he suddenly witnessed sanyu getting up from her bench, and going to the book rack !!
He gasped and that gasp metamorphosed into a yell , when sanyu dupatta caught fire " sanyukta hatto." randhir dashed at her direction and snatched her duppatta from her shoulder.
Burning his fingers in that process !!
sanyu widened her eyes and whimpered " randhir !!"
Randhir then was busy stamping the duppTta hysterically almost like a maniac, the fire has stopped minutes before, but randhir was stamping it hard, his face went all red , !!!
" nhiii tumhe kuch nhii hoga !! I can't lose you " he was chanting in panic !!!
When sanyu came before him and clutched his shoulder.
To him a strong shake " randhir !! Stop ".
She yelled !!!!
Her touch civilised his heartbeats!!!
Her hands slowly gauged the distance of his cheeks.
She slowly cupped his cheeks and mumbled " I m fine! Alive infront of you !!! Calm down" she caressed his cheeks lovingly.
Randhir's frantic heartbeats symphonised a bit.
He touched her cheeks to concrete the fact that she is alright !!
Just like little kid !!
he lifted his eyelashes and their eyes met !!
His fire met her calm.
They kept diving into their orbs!!
When sanyu moved closer and whispered " I m not going to leave you this easily"
He didn't care to utter anything.
randhir just rubbed his palms on her cheeks!! thus bringing his heartbeats back to normalcy.
