Hello people! Here is the next chapter of my story (like I promised) :-)

Now, before I continue, I must mention that I am a huge fan of all types of 'zombie' games. Such as the walking dead, the last of us, even minecraft. (If you'll count that as a survival/zombie type game) Anyways, So I know what 'zombies' are meant to look like. But this 'creature' was pure terror. If you've seen or played the walking dead, you'll know what I'm trying to describe. Before it died, I think it was a young woman, perhaps maybe in her early 20's, her once white t-shirt was torn and dirty, and she was missing a chunk out of her arm, like it was bitten of by a huge dog or something. But it was her eyes that made me want to faint out of fear. They were a yellowly, white colour. But that was it. There was no sign of life in them, nothing to prove that she was alive. And yet, she was still stumbling towards the van, where a now small group had gathered. I tore my gaze from the 'zombie' when I saw my friends, tear-stricken faces. That's when I noticed the girl wasn't alone...

"Holy fuc-" I cut Emily off by covering her mouth with my hand, the last thing we needed is to be noticed by the strange stumbling people. By some form of luck, we still hadn't been noticed by both the living dead and the actual living. "Are...are they zombies?" Meg asked, quietly. "I think so" I quickly replied, turning my attention back to the people in the van, who were now aiming to shoot at the moving dead. As this was happening, I realised that if a zombie noticed us, we would be trapped with no way out. So I told that to the others and we quickly left the park.

"What the hell have we just seen" asked Kim, impatiently. I stayed quiet, thinking about what we had just seen. It was horrible to think that Britain could be in ruins soon, just like every other zombie game I've played, but if being glued to my xbox and iPad everyday had taught me anything, it was how to survive an apocalypse. "Ok then" I said to my 3 friends. "We are going to need weapons, blankets, canned food and anything else you think you need, if we are going to survive against the stumblers." "Stumblers?" Emily questioned. "Yeah" I replied. "In the walking dead they called them walkers, in the last of us, they called them bloaters and stuff. So we are going to call them stumblers." I explained to the small group. "It's not perfect, but it will do." I added. Kim glared at me. "I don't think it's the time to be deciding on what to call them, let's just go to each of our houses to see if there is any supplies." Kim stomped of ahead of us, clearly in another sulk. Emily, Meg and I just let her go ahead and have her strop. She would calm down eventually. That's when Emily whispered to me and Meg, "If she carries on like this, should we just fed her to the stumblers?" We all burst out laughing, which made Kim turn around and shoot us a dirty look. We would be ok for a few weeks, just scavenging for useful supplies and having plenty of food. This was before we realised the seriousness of it all...

Yes, you read it right! The zambies are gonna be called stumblers from now on in this story! (I know, it sucks. But I wanted to call them something different than 'zombies' cause I'm a special little flower >_<) also, if you peoples out there have something better to call them, please write down in the comments below :-) anyways I'll see you all next week! Cheerio! -- Nicole x
