Chapter 11

Jason McCann

"Jason" I heard. "Her temperature is dropping". I turn around & look at Alex. Right now the love of my life is in the bed. & I don't know if she will open her eyes & ask where she is or if she will never wake up from her sleep.

Yesterday while I was trying to get her to bed she fainted. It hurt seeing her body all pale & Almost life less. Difference is that she was alive. I called alex & the rest. Right now he's trying to figure out if she is okay. "Jason she'll be alright" Jonathan says. I smile at him as he pats my back. "Anything?" I ask alex. He looks at & shakes his head. "No" he says. I sit next to her in the bed. "All of you. Out. Now" I say. They all understand & get out.

"Come on Melissa you have to open your eyes! if you're playing stop it's not funny anymore. Comeee on Meli! Baby open your eyes ! Ugh.. you just made me call you baby. Nah Melissa stop come on open your eyes!" I said. One tear falls from my right eye & next thing you know one falls from the left & the paterns repeat them selves till I lost count after 15. "

Shit.. man I need a some of mother nature" I say. Mother nature has literally has become my best friend. She's there when no one else was. She's like everything to me. Not more than Melissa though.. But not less either. For those of you who can't understand me, Mother natute is how I call Marijuana. Yup, I also do it. I know I should quit. I try but I simply cant.

I get up from the Bed & start walking to the door. I put my hand on the knob & when I was about to turn the knob I heard something. "Jason". Melissa. "Yes?" I ask. I go walking towards the bed as fast as I can. I go over to her side of the bed & bend.

"Are you okay?" I ask. She weakly smiles at me & says "Can you get me some mother nature? I'll pay you back. I promise". I laugh. "Melissa I can't" I say. She giggles. "Ugh my head hurts" She says. her hands rubbing her head.

"Do not EVER do that again!" I tell her. she makes an innocent face even tho she knows what I'm talking about. "Do what?" She asks. A smirk turns in her face. She's so cute. "Faint on me! Like almost die on me!" I say. She laughs. "It's okay Jason" She says. I nod my head.

"I swear if you die I'll kill you" I say. She chuckles. "Smartass" she says. I get up & tickle her. "Was that?" I ask. she can't say anything because her giggles & laughs don't let her. "S-s-s-t-t-o-o-p-p" she says between her giggles. I stop & smile. "I missed you" I say. she blushes. Awee she just blushed for me. "Come here Jason" she says. she pats the space between her. "Lay here" She says. I lay down where she told me which is right next to her.

"What no 'I miss you' back?" I ask. she smiles. "You know.." She starts. I look at her. "I think" She says. she pauses for a moment like she's re thinking something. "Never mind" She says. "No come on tell me" I say. She shakes her head. "Okay then be like that" I say. I tap her nose & she giggles. "Melissa" I say. she pays close attention to me.

"Would you ever give me a chance?" I ask. Her gaze turns away. With my Hand I bring her back to me. "Would you?" I ask again. She smiles for a couple of seconds. "I don't know" She says. ouch! . "Would you think about it?" I ask. she immediately replies "Yes". I smile like an idiot.

"Its cold" She says. "There in the chair. My hoodie is there. put it on" I say. She gets up & Looks for it. She finds it & puts it on. "It's big on me" she says. I laugh. "you look adorable" I say. I get up & walk where she is. I help her Get it to her size & say

"There, Like it was never big" I say. She smiles. Our faces met. I look right into her eyes. it took her a couple of seconds to look right at mine. Her hazel eyes are calling me. I need her. Kiss her. I thought to my self. I lean down. "Jason" She whispers. "Yes?" I ask. She licks her lips & says. "Kiss me".

I kissed her. She kissed right away. Our lips together. moving in sync. They are like perfect for each other. We stop. She Buried her face in my chest. Her hands between her body & My chest. My arms wrapped around her. Like a protective boyfriend. She is starting to fall for me. I can tell. Wow! she's falling for me? Thank god!
