My Hero Hide Chapter 2

Fighting Back.

Mr Yoshimura and Uta went into the back room to discuss business.
"Geez this Uta guy is really creepin' me out!" Hide sighed.
"He's a quite interesting man.." Kaneki said to himself as he looked at the masks on the shelves.
"He has a very precise way of working." Kaneki said as he thoroughly inspected the masks.
"Babe do you remember that Kirito guy? Well look at this." Hide said worried as he grabbed the newspaper from a table.
"Chief inspector Kirigaya Kazuto is leading the manhunt on Kaneki Ken and Hideyoshi Nagachika." Kaneki read out loud.
"We're going to fight. With force." Uta said as he walked back in to the room with Yoshimura walking next to him.
"He's right. We need to." Kaneki said determined.
"Kaneki-kun you will?!" Hide asked surprised as he looked at a fully determined Kaneki.
"I might not understand a lot of the Ghoul Society yet.. But one thing is sure. Not all of you are evil." Kaneki said as he made his hand in to a fist.
Yoshimura layed his hands on Kaneki's shoulders and looked him straight in the eyes.
"You're becoming a great man."
He then smiled.
Kaneki smiled back and was about to say something as Hide interrupted the two.
"Are those CCG agents?"
"Yes, we need to get out of here." Yoshimura immediately said as he pushed Hide and Kaneki to the back door of the shop which lead to a smaller, more narrow alley.
"Someone must've tipped the CCG." Yoshimura thought.
"S-sir they're here." Hide panicked.
"Prepare for a fight Mr Yoshimura said as he unleashed his Kagune at the agents walking up to them.
They dropped to the ground.
"I can help too sir!" Kaneki insisted as he tried his best to unleash his Kagune.
Kaneki let out a bone chilling scream and the tentacles came out of his lower back.
"Kaneki you can do it!" Hide chanted as he held Kaneki's hand.
"Let's go." Kaneki said determined as he walked to Yoshimura.
"I'm proud son." Yoshimura said happily.
"Thank you sir, but the battle isn't over yet."
They both charged out off the narrow alley and encountered several other CCG agents.
"Can you deal with these?" Yoshimura said as he got back to back with Kaneki.
"Yeah I can take 'em on!" Kaneki said with a fully crazed smile.
"KANEKI KEN! SURRENDER NOW OR SEAL YOUR FATE." A Megaphone called.
"I guess I just sealed my fate!" Kaneki yelled as he killed his victims without mercy."
He bolted trough CCG agents and didn't stop until he got surrounded by dozens of agents.
"Well I'm fucked." Kaneki said as he was about to surrender.
"No you're not!" A female voice called.
A woman in a rabbit mask jumped from a rooftop and landed next to Kaneki.
"We can do this. Just focus." She said.
"Okay." Kaneki said as he took a deep breath.
The CCG agents were about to shoot at the two.
"Use your Kagune to deflect the bullets." The woman said quickly as she ordered her Kagune to cover her.
Kaneki tried to focus his thoughts on his Kagune.
The lady quickly covered Kaneki with her Kagune.
The bullets flew from everywhere and deflected against the dense shield of the Kagune.
The bullet rain stopped and the lady jumped out of her Kagune
And started stabbing several agents with her Kagune.
Kaneki ran up to the lady and helped her clear the way.
Mr Yoshimura followed the two and provided cover.
After a mere moment the fight was over.
The people who were still present at the scene were baffled by the deeds of Kaneki, Yoshimura and the rabbit lady.
"Good job you two." Yoshimura congratulated.
"No problem sir." The lady said as she took off her mask.
"Touka? I thought you were at work." Kaneki asked surprised.
"Uta texted me, i came immediately." Touka replied.
"We need to go. More agents are coming." Yoshimura interrupted.
They hurried to Uta's shop and got Hide.
"Get to Anteiku." Uta said as they were about to leave.
They ran out of the narrow street and walked back into the main road.
"They won't be able to find us in a big crowd." Yoshimura said to the three as they walked into a big crowd of people.
CCG agents were walking trough the crowds of people, searching for Kaneki and Hide.
"We're close. Let's hurry, and keep your heads down."
Yoshimura said.
Anteiku was already in sight and there weren't any CCG agents nearby.
They walked out of the crowd in a fast pace to Anteiku.
"Get in." Yomo said as he opened the door to welcome Yoshimura and the others.
"What the hell happened out there?!" Yomo asked.
"We got surrounded by CCG agents near Uta's shop.
Touka came to aid Kaneki and I in battle." Mr Yoshimura explained.
"Hide, make us some coffee please." He then ordered.
"Yes sir." Hide replied.
He gave Kaneki a smooch on his forehead and then left the room.
"Kaneki, you must be exhausted.. let me take a look at your back." Yoshimura said.
"I'm feeling dizzy but it's not a big deal sir." Kaneki replied.
"You just unleashed your Kagune without any help or problems, there must be something wrong." Yoshimura said as he pulled up Kaneki's shirt.
"My God, you have burnmarks over you lower back."
Yoshimura said shocked.
"I do? I don't feel anything." Kaneki pretended.
"Son, you've forced yourself."
Mr Yoshimura said with a straight face.
"Alright coffee!" Hide called as he walked into the room with two cups of coffee.
"This one's for you two!"
He said as he placed the coffee's  in front of Yoshimura and Kaneki.
"You want a coffee Touka?" Hide then added
"No I'm fine." Touka said.
Hide sat down next to Kaneki.
"We need to stay inside for a couple of days."Yomo said as he exhaustedly pulled off his work skirt.
"There will be much more CCG agents around these parts now."
He added.
"Well one thing is sure." Kaneki said.
"What's that?" Hide asked.
"Kirigaya will be here to investigate." Kaneki said.
"Kaneki we need to look for something to heal your back." Yoshimura said.
"You shouldn't worry about the CCG now." He added.
Kaneki took a sip of his coffee and noticed that Hide had a worried look on his face.
"What's wrong?" Kaneki asked.
"You're forcing yourself." Hide said as he layed his hand on Kaneki's lower back.
Kaneki felt a sharp sting in his back but acted like it was nothing.
"You've protected me since the day we met, now it's my turn." Kaneki said.
He gave Hide a kiss.
"You should rest." Yoshimura said.
"Hide will wake you up when "Dinner" is ready." Yoshimura said.
"Alright, thank you sir." Kaneki said as he stood up and carefully walked to the staircase.
He went to the room he slept in earlier and almost immediately fell asleep due to exhaustion.

SO SORRY I TOOK SO LONG BEFORE I UPLOADED ANOTHER CHAPTERS AGAIN BUT HERE IT IS ^-^
I made it more action packed than the previous chapter.
Just because I felt that the previous ones got a bit bored and it's nice to see a slight switch in a story.
ALSO school has started again for me
(Like a week ago)
I'll do my best to upload stories in my spare time
Today I worked at this story during breaks and skipped lunch just to write the chapter.
(By the way English isn't my first language
It's Dutch ^-^ (Belgium ftw)
So i might make mistakes but please don't decapitate me for it x3.
