Chapter 7

Maya |

Life continued on. We stuck to our daily routine. But Lucas and I, we loved each other even more. We were kissing frequently and sometimes even more.

1 week after he came back to me, we sat around the campfire and played Truth or Dare? It wasn't childish like who do you like etc. It was more sexual than that.

"Okay, Maya, truth or dare?" He asked me, evil glinting in his eyes.

"Truth."

"Hmmmm... Have you ever sucked dick?"

"Ew no. Truth or dare?" He picked truth.

"How many girls have you had sex with?" I was inquisitive because this could affect our relationship.

His cheeks went bright red. "None." He mumbled. I had to ask 3 times before I heard the actual answer. I burst out laughing at the fact he was embarrassed. Now it was my turn to be embarrassed because I snorted from laughing too hard.

"Dork." He said, smiling at me.

We played for an hour or two until it got very sexual. It was my fault. I stupidly picked dare.

"Have sex with me behind those trees." I stared at him in shock. "Oh my god, forget I said that please!" I smiled.

"Why not here? There isn't anyone else about so..." I couldn't even continue. He had jumped on me and kissed me. Our lips only separated when he was taking my top off. I loved him.

She jumped up after I took her top off.

"I'm sorry, Maya. I didn't mean for this to happen again." I kept on saying as she walked behind the trees. I thought she wasn't coming back. Two minutes later, she reappeared naked. I was in awe. Immediately, I ripped off my shirt and pants until I was naked as well. We went into the water and fooled around a wee bit. Then, we did it. It felt better than life altogether. I knew I must have been doing it right because she never stopped groaning.

We made our way back to the cave and lay down to sleep. I was exhausted. Suddenly, I jumped as soon as I realised something.

"Maya?" She just mumbled. "How long until your period?"

"I don't really want to talk about this with you." She wasn't facing me but I could tell she was embarrassed. But I needed to know.

"Tell me."

"What time is it?"

"After midnight."

"Then tomorrow. Why?"

I nearly cried. She sat upright.

"Why did you want to know? Or are you gonna be like a weird pervert and find out when I'm bleeding from my vagina?"

"Because I've gotten you pregnant. So you are gonna be carrying my child."

"Well..." She smiled. "I guess I'm having your child then. And..." She crawled towards me and whispered in my ear. "If I was to get pregnant, I'm happy it's with you."

We didn't sleep that night. She lay with her head on my chest and we stargazed.

Months went by. I was pregnant. My bump got bigger and bigger. I was too tired to get up and make breakfast so Lucas did that. He also helped me shower. I couldn't reach my knees so he washed from there down to my feet. I sat inside the cave most days until one day.

"Follow me." Lucas said to me. He helped me walk to where we were going. I cried. "What do you think?" He smiled the biggest ever.

He had built us a house. It was made out of wood. It wasn't very big but it was better than staying in the cave. He started to show me inside when something rushed over me.

"Lucas." He spun around to me, looking panicked. "My waters just broke."
