Dalila and Filip stumbled out of the tubes. "I'm still not used to those things," Dalila groaned. "Neither am I," Filip moaned, the slightest shade of green. Olive and Otto came out soon after, brushing the dust off of their uniforms. Noticing their condition, Olive placed a gentle hand on Dalila's shoulder. "You alright?"
Shaking herself out of it, Dalila gave a weak smile. "I'm fine. I think Filip is too..." Filip popped up behind the two. "Yup! I'm A-okay! I think..." Dalila chuckled at him. "Come on, I think that's the clue."
Rushing over to a tablet, Olive turned it on. Todd's face popped up. "Wow, that was fast. Good work, Other Scribbles. You'll find your next clue at 45-38 Main Street."
Dalila blinked twice, then smiled. "Seven! Let's go!" She rushed towards the tubes.
About five clues later (6*5 Cherry, 24*6 Poplar, 200*2.5 Egret, 6^2 Red, and 5! River), Dalila was exhausted. "No... more..." She turned on the tablet. Todd's face popped up. "You haven't given up yet? So stubborn! All right, here's the next clue: 2x+ 4^2=3+5x+ (-20) Lake Street. Ta ta!" His face blinked off.
Everyone looked expectantly at Dalila. Her face was pale, and it was clear she didn't know what to do. Olive spoke up. "Let's give Dalila a break, shall we? I have a friend that can help." Dalila smiled gratefully at her, and they all headed back to headquarters.
Olive, Otto, Oscar, Dalila, Filip, and Sean were waiting in a plain white conference room.
"Are you sure she'll be here?" Otto asked. Olive smiled. "Positive. I texted her, and she said she would be here in five minutes. And that was-" she glanced at her watch "-4 minutes and fifty seconds ago. Ten, nine, eight-"
Dalila interrupted. "No one is that exact, Olive!"
"She is," Olive calmly replied. "Five, four-"
"And who is 'she'?" Dalila shouted, slightly panicked.
"Three, two, one." As soon as Olive said 'one', the door swung open. "Hey, Olive. It's great to see you."
