Chapter One: Where Am I?

Dalila sat up slowly, rubbing her head. She was in a house of some sort...
Suddenly, she heard a groan. Filip rolled over, looking at her. "Da...li...la?" By now, Sean was also up. They looked at each other in a confused silence.
A woman came down a flight of stairs. "Odd Squad? What are you doing here? I didn't call you..."
Filip tried to explain. "Sorry, ma'am, but we're not Odd Squad. See, we're not even wearing our..." Before he could say "uniforms", he trailed off. Dalila looked down at herself and realized she was indeed wearing her uniform. Her hair was even in Olive's signature corkscrew ponytail. "How-"
Sean, sporting his character's usual lab coat and bow tie, took over. "I'm sorry, ma'am, but we seem to have the wrong location. Um, the tube operator made a mistake."
Dalila quickly understood what he was trying to do. "Yes! So, if we could use your front door-" The woman looked surprised, but quickly escorted them to the front door.
Walking along the streets, the three tried to figure out where they were. Suddenly, Sean knocked Dalila behind a lamppost with a dramatic gesture. She suddenly started to warp and was squished into a clear spherical ball-shaped thing.
"Dalila!" Filip quickly followed her, as did Sean. One by one, they too were pushed into ball things. As a faint cry of "Incoming!" was heard, the three were suddenly pushed out into the open. Looking around in astonishment, Dalila found herself face to face with a girl who looked exactly like her in every way- down to Olive's signature corkscrew ponytail. Simultaneously, they cried, "Who are you?"
