" Alice, wake up its your first day at of school" my mom said shaking my arm as I slowly woke up. "Get up you got an hour to get dressed before Adam and Josh head out." She said before heading out of my room. I groaned slipping out of bed. I got my cloths and make up bag and started getting ready.
Once I was ready I went down stairs to see Josh eating a eggo. "Morning" he said still chewing making me cringe a little. "Come on you two can't be late" Adam said rushing down the stairs.
As we got in the car I got my ear buds in ready to go to possibly the worse day of my life and the next 180 day of my life.
When we got there Josh and I exited the the truck as we headed closer to the school. "Just follow me , we got Math 1 first" Josh said as we walked down the flooded halls.
When we arrived I said I was gonna go to my locker since the teacher gave me a sticky once I walked in.
While walking there I was delayed by a couple jocks. "Hey Cali girl" one laughed as the bell rang." I gotta go to class" I mumbled before another one blocked me."no no no your staying with us." He said smirking.i back up in fear as I bumped into the first one."HEL-!" I tried yelling but the guy put his hand over my mouth causing only a muffling noise to come out of my mouth."ooo Cali girl getting mad." One laughed as I struggled getting out of his arms. "GET OFF HER" I heard Josh's voice as the two men behind and infront of me heads shot up. "Sorry Balz but it's two against one." The one holding my mouth laughed. "Umm but I can just do this,AHHHHHHHHHH SOMEONE HELP" he yelled as the guys started running dropping me. Josh ran to me as a teacher came out confused. "Carl and Ed were about to jump her or something. " he told the teacher as the teacher walked in the direction Josh pointed. "Are you ok" he asked holding me in his arms. I never noticed how cute Josh actually was till then. His big blue eyes twinkled so much I couldn't feel."Alice" he said softly."y-yeah they didn't do anything."
The school called my mom and told her what happened. My mom didn't want me to stay so she checked me and josh up even tho it was not even 3rd period yet. I looked out the window but I could see Josh looking at my at the corner of my eye. I turned to look at him but he turnt quickly around.
