I entered homeroom and tripped over the garbage can. People looked over at me. 'Great first impression Taylor!' I thought to myself. I smiled and walked away. People focused back on their computers. Phew. I saw my friend Marli again and ran over. "Hey Marli!" I said and tapped her shoulder. She looked up from her computer and grinned at me. "I saw your little stunt over there." She said. "Heh Heh... Yeah.. Just classic Taylor" I muttered and rubbed my neck. I sat down cautiously just in case something else was gonna happen to me to embarrass me. I turned to see if anyone else I knew was in my class. I saw my friend Dank (I know weird name but don't judge). He was bawse. I looked around and saw no one else until my eyes fell on someone. Someone I had a crush on. His brown hair was swiftly put up and his light brown eyes staring at his computer. He was one of my brothers friends which made it even weirder for me but lucky for me my brother hasn't told him like he did with my last crush. Yet. He looked up and saw me staring at me. I blushed and looked at the floor. "Great Taylor. Just great." I whispered to myself. Soon enough the bell rang and homeroom was over. I was glad to get out of there. But not glad to leave him behind.
