Jay casually walked into a specialty hardware store, and began to look around. He wore a white T-shirt with a blue jacket and blue jeans. His blue eyes matched his clothing, and to make a little change, he had well kept hazelnut hair and freckles.
Jay didn't really know what he was looking for, but he new that, what he was looking for was here.
"Hey Jay." An old man about in his 30s said from behind a store counter. "Looking for something unique?"
"Hey Tristan..." Jay smiled. "What 'cha got?"
"Well..." Tristan pulled some kind of metal hinge from under the counter. "Does this seem worthy?"
"Perfect!" Jay shouted.
"So what are you making this time?" Tristan asked.
"Dunno yet." Jay shrugged. "It'll come to me when it wants too."
Tristan smiled at Jay's enthusiasm. He always like that about him, even though when he first met the ninja, he was not a stable mind.

Tristan was in the back of the store, sorting through different kinds of nuts and bolts when he heard the door to his store open. This kinda startled Tristan at first, cause he wasn't open yet.
"Excuse me..." Tristan walked to the front of the store. "We're closed at the moment, you can come back at-"
Tristan was then surprised when he didn't find a customer looking around, but a boy in blue pajamas sitting in a ball against the back wall, shaking like he was crying. He also was wearing a hood over his head and wore some silver armor over his pajamas.
"Jay... JAY!..." 3 people stood in front of the store, one in black, one in white, and one in red. All in pajamas and wearing armor and a hood. "Gosh where is he..."
The boy then hide out of view from the people outside, trying to make himself as small as possible.
"Jay! I'm sorry... Even though it's true!" The boy in red called.
"Kai, you're not helping." The boy in black elbowed the boy in red. "When will you learn you're not the center of the universe..."
The boy in black and the boy in white then began to walk off. The boy in red peered into the store and then ran off after his friends.
"I KNOW THAT!" The guy in red shouted after them.
Tristan looked back at the boy in blue. He looked like he was around the age of 14, but he couldn't help seeing him cry.
"Where those your friends?" Tristan asked, making the boy turn and look at him in surprise.
"Oh.. I'm sorry..." The boy pulled off his hood, revealing his blue eyes and hazelnut hair. "I didn't realize anyone was here."
"Nah it's fine." Tristan came over and sat next to him. "You can stay as long as I'm here, unless you plan to steal from me."
The boy shook his head, and peered out the front window again.
"Where those your friends?" Tristan asked again.
The boy nodded.
"Well... I'm sure what happened, they didn't really mean it." Tristan shrugged
"How would you know?" The boy sniffed.
"If they came all this way looking for you... They gotta be worth the time..." Tristan smiled.
The boy then looked down at the ground, then looked back at Tristan and faintly smiled.
"I'm Tristan." Tristan nodded.
"Jay... Jay Walker."

Jay began to walk around browsing. But the electronics he passed, automatically turned on. Plus Jay's hair was standing on end, and his left shoulder was twitching like crazy.
"Jay..." Tristan asked. "Are you ok?"
"Yeah..." Jay looked back at Tristan. "Why do you ask?"
"Your shoulder is twitching like crazy." Tristan informed.
"What?" Jay looked over at his shoulder.
Jay then gasped. He then looked over at the electronics turning on, and going crazy. He then noticed sparks of electricity coming from his hands. He then looked back at Tristan with a desperate look.
Tristan was aware of Jay's powers. Who wasn't? So when Jay gave him this look, he knew exactly what to do.
"everybody DOWN!" Tristan yelled to the customers.
Everyone was able to get down in time when the lights exploded. Lighting began to fly all over the place, making people scream in fear.
"JAY! WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?" Tristan yelled over the noise.
"I DUNNO!" Jay screamed. "THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE!"
Jay then began to feel a tingling sensation, and his entire body went numb and he fell to the ground, unable to move.
"TRISTAN!" Jay panicked.
Jay then felt something jolt through him like a lightning bolt. He felt like he was being lifted up and being torn apart inside out.
He then blacked out.
