Sitting With Liam

Chapter 6 - Uh Oh

We were running a bit late. Instead of showing up right after the concert we are gonna show up the morning after. Which is fine, they'll be in their hotel room and haven't left yet. Hopefully.

Liam

It was right before our last show before the break. We packed up everything that we could so we can get an early start on the trip.

I was getting really excited.

"Now don't rush through the performance tonight." Louis told me.

"I'll try not to."

"Just live in the moment. You'll see her soon enough."

I had just remembered, I need to tell Louis and Harry about each other. I opened my mouth about to talk to Louis but then were called on stage. I guess i'll just tell them after.

Hannah

"Are we almost there yet?" Jayel asks from the passenger seat.

"Don't do that. You're not a child and you know when we're gonna get there."

"I know. I'm just so bored and I have to pee."

"I'll pull into this gas station right here. We need to get more gas anyway."

"Yay!"

Jayel had moments where she would go full child. I thought it was funny. I had moments too but with Jayel she was either a complete adult or a child, there is no in between.

I pulled up by a gas tank. Jayel ran out and into the gas station to use the bathroom. I filled it up and pulled into a parking spot to wait for Jayel.

She seemed to be taking a long time. I was starting to get worried. Just before I was about to get out Jayel came out of the gas station holding three bags full of food and drinks.

I rolled my eyes but I was happy cause it's food. When she got in I said to her, "You know we still have a full bag in the back."

"Yea. But we ran out of the good food."

I laughed and drove off.

"They should be doing their show right now." I said looking at the time.

"That means we'll be there soon. The morning can't be far away."

"Now you act like an adult."

"I've had food and went pee. I feel much better now."

"Whatever it is i'm just happy you aren't complaining anymore."

I stuffed my mouth with oreos as we were getting onto the freeway.

Liam

"That was a great show!" Harry said as we exited the stage.

"That's what you say about all the shows." Louis sassed him.

"Well they're all great."

"Ok. Let's hurry and get on the tour bus so we can go see Hannah!" I said running past them.

The boys groaned. They were all tired. I was full of energy excited to see Hannah.

"Now that I think about it only Liam has to go." Zayn pointed out.

"I want to go." Harry and Louis said in unison.

"Niall?" Zayn asked.

"Yea I don't want to go."

"Ok. You three have fun. Niall and I are gonna get some rest and have fun."

"Wow. Too much detail. We don't want to know what goes on when you two are alone." Louis said jokingly.

"That's not what I meant." Zayn defended.

Niall and Zayn got their stuff off the tour bus and into a rental car and drove to the airport.

The rest of us got on the tour bus and headed to Hannahs.

I was staring out the window most of the time. Looking outside helps me calm down a little bit.

It was almost daylight and we were about to get on the freeway. Then I saw something. I saw Hannah and Jayel get off the freeway.

I shook my head thinking I was just imaging it but when I opened my eyes she was still there.

The light turned green and we got on the freeway. I started freaking out. The boys kept trying to get me to tell them whah happened but I was in shock. I called Hannah.

Hey! Hannah. Uh... What are you doing right now?

I'm with Jayel.

In a car?

What?

Where are you?

...With Jayel.

Hannah. I swear I just saw you. Did you come to see me?

You just saw me? Does that mean you're leaving?

Yea. I was leaving to go see you.

Oh. I guess we had the same idea.

I'll tell the driver to turn around. Meet us at our hotel?

Yea. Okay. See ya soon. Bye.

Bye.

"Uh. Driver. Could you turn around and go back to our hotel?"

"I just got on the freeway."

"I know but the girl we were going to see is already here and were meeting her at the hotel."

"Oh ok. Yea sure."

"Thanks."

I turned to go back to the couch but Louis was right behind me and he scared me.

"Hannah is here?"

"Yea. It's funny."

"Is Jayel with her?"

"Oh yea. By the way I really need to talk to you and Harry about something."

"Harry is in the bathroom. I have a feeling he's gonna be in there for awhile."

"Okay. We'll talk about it when he gets out."

We sat on the couch and watched tv. I didn't notice when Harry got out of the bathroom I was too into the show.

We got back to the hotel. I ran outside and gave Hannah a big hug.

Harry ran and gave Jayel a big hug. Louis was confused. He took Harry aside and asked him why he hugged her.

"Because. We've been texting for a while now."

"Really? She's been texting me."

"That's odd. I guess Liam didn't tell us he gave both of us her number."

"He's in trouble now."

Louis walked up to Liam and started yelling at him. Liam froze.

"Sorry guys. I meant to tell you but there was either no time or I forgot."

"You didn't tell them?" I asked Liam. Jayel started to look worried.

"No. I'm sorry. I made a huge mess, first trying to surprise Hannah and now this."
